No Aero because that effects performance otherwise spot on
Driving aids are based on personal preference since I can't control what people choose to use
I will offer some free gear to the top times

That seems fine ;)

Hey just an ideia:

You could organize the OP like a log. It will be
458 Log.
A fancy picture would be better.

There you could post a map with the routes the car as been doing around the world, post the photos people will take, organize the schedules (as you have done it), post the rules, advices and specs, organize the TT leaderboard.

Also this will be a great input to the magazine.

If you need any help just PM.

I like Divinus's suggestion with the map showing where the cars been, nice touch to it!

Great, you scheduled me for October. Perfectly timed. Just started university and GT5 was the least of my worries. I'll be sure to drive the car as much as I can when it's my time.

one last minor change should only effect a few people and sending clarifications
Please send the car to the next person when you are done with it on your second day so they have it for the entirety of their first day

So we just drive the car as much as we prefer/want to? Wether it be on the 'Ring or not?

Everything looks great.👍 I hope the car still has some life to it by the time it makes it to Viroqua.:sly: It will have put over 23,000 miles on it in a couple months by the time it reaches me. Excited to see some pics and times.

Count me in i'm well up up for it.

I'm in the West Midlands, United Kingdom

:)👍

Got me down for a Monday. That's perfect, thanks. Going to run the 4 hour Nurburgring with it.

How about a Super GT car? They're premium (mostly) and under the trade cap.

I pick one to throw in the mix
I was thinking
Ford GT
Ferrari California
Lamborghini Gallardo
Audi R8
Mercedes SLS AMG
Aston Martin DB 9

Fabulous idea. Good Luck.

Would it be possible to make a massive google maps route showing the distance from destination to destination.

I'm working on that it will be up later today
You can join in next round I'll start the new thread tonight

I'd rather not have another Ferrari, so I'd vote for a GT car.
Btw, if you need a more precise location for a possible Google map:
Utrecht (city), The Netherlands for me.

Okay I'll remove the California
Which GT car

I see the main page has been updated; all very nice. I had a quick question though: do we need photo proof of our laptime? Also, should we post all the information we can about the car here (laptime, oil, miles put on, etc.)?

Im not going to require proof unless people are challenging that your lap time is false
Just save the ghost replay for the week following.
I would appreciate you posting all of that on this thread

Which GT car

I don't really care, those which can enter the seasonal are okay I guess.
I think they're called GT-R, right?
Btw, you don't have to leave the California out off the poll immediatly, maybe other people would like it.

24901.5/47 (MNLumberjack twice) = 530 miles or 850 km each.

850/13.629 = 62 laps @ Sarthe
62 * 4 = 248 minutes = 4 hours.

850/22.8 = 37 laps @ Nurb Nord
I dunno how long it takes for an Italia to lap Nordscheilfe.
