EDT time zone is 6:23. Is EDT the same as EST I know winter it is. Or I think. Could it be 7pm EDT is 6pm EST?

There is, of course, the alternative that PD converted it wrong to EST, and put the wrong times in EST up (Edit: Or, as has just been brought up, that there are some EST/EDT oddities, though I wouldn't know anything about this)!

that's why some of us have stated its BST in UK and that its not yet GMT 23:00
for the one's that think the maintenance should have finished ages ago,
and that's why BST has some relevance here.
