Perhaps you should be a little bit more specific. On which track do you plan to drive your MR-2 ? Obvioulsy settings are not the same if you drive it on Test Course or if you drive on Côte d'Azur... It also depend on how much your car is modified.

I did a search on the word "MR-2" and there were 313 results to that request. Most of them are probably irrelevant to your question, but you'd better take a look at them, you may find settings in there.
 
if it is for drifting look in my sig if it is for racing then as a general rule of thumb lower and stiffen but thats not my area:)

what course are you running and for what purpose, are you running a full tuned machine or are you on a limited budjet.

Question:
"general rule of thumb lower and stiffen" - Do you mean to stiffen the shocks and lower the ride height? I'm guessing that this is what you meant, because that makes sense, but I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something else that could help my little MR-2. :D
 
o.. umm... how bout trail mountain..

for just racing..

i have everything the max.. (so like the flywheel has 3 and other thingyz.. didnt get NAtune up yet.. want to have fun with the turns first) and i have the muffler sport.. no tirez.. no weight reductionz... damn... thatz about it i guess...
