Yeah I know it's AI, but that's the title of the racing fanfiction I am still writing on.

It's the current arc I am working on, using the Super Formula cars in GT7.

Context: Super Formula has gone global thanks to the FIA's push for more young drivers to make it into the top leagues of motorsport.

I am planning to make a Lemon Drizzle Cake and asked ChatGPT to mock up a 'Le Mans' drizzle cake...

Not sure my 1:43 scale Bburago Porsche 963 would appreciate being used for this purpose, but it might be fun to try...

Reminds me of when I was little and my parents decorated my birthday cakes with Hot Wheels.

The latest in urban pacification. Decommissioned military issue OCP ED-209H series now available for police duty. I'd buy that for a dollar.

Shared this in the AI Car thread, still wild how good the new image generation is.

Currently working on remaking this in GT7.

I was playing around with Gemini's imagegen, and had been playing through some old puzzle games I remember from my childhood, and thought: "These would work surprisingly well on Genesis era hardware." thus, inspiration occured.

Bejeweled for Genesis.webp

First up is Bejeweled.

Mummy maze for Genesis.webp

Next up is Mummy Maze, a lesser known popcap logic puzzle game.
Alchemy for Genesis.webp

Next is another Popcap game, Alchemy, an easy to learn but hard to master game.

Finally, I did Hexic. Hexic got a PC release from MSN Game Zone back in the day, which is where the base screenshot came from.

Hexic for Genesis.webp

I quite like Gemini noticing the zone.com logo in the original screenshot and replacing it with Sega Channel (Essentially Sega's version of Game Pass)

As a bonus (And totally not because I wrote Windows instead of Genesis),the Windows 3.11 version.

More Gemini here.

Forza Motorsport for Windows 98.webp

First, I asked it to take a screenshot of Forza Motorsport (2005) and make it into a DirectX 6 era Racing Game from 1997-1998. I also supplied it with a screenshot of CART Precision Racing, just for the general aesthetic.

The only thing that really sucks is that I couldn't find a 4:3 screenshot with a period accurate car without booting up the game.
Zuma for Genesis.webp

Next, Zuma for Genesis. I was never very good at Zuma (And still am). I'd say around 1992 or so.

Super Collapse for Genesis.webp

Another game I found back when I had RealArcade (I think?) was Super Collapse. It's not perfect, but I love the space aesthetic. I'd say around 1992 or so, as it's more advanced than the early Genesis titles.
Hot Wheels Beat That for PS1.webp

Another game I remember from my childhood was Hot Wheels: Beat That (Based on the PS2 version. I had the Xbox 360 version). This is what it might have looked like on the PS1, although it's not great, IMO.

Atomica for Genesis.webp

Next up, another Popcap game, Atomica. I never played it, but I found it on an old archive of the Popcap site. I'd say around 1993 or so.
Dynomite for Genesis.webp

Next, Dinomite. Another Popcap software. This would be a fairly late Genesis game, as it's much more visually complex.
Bookworm for Windows.webp

Next up, Bookworm, part of the Microsoft Windows Entertainment Pack. It came up with this first:

Gemini_Generated_Image_jzgi67jzgi67jzgi.webp

I felt it was too advanced.

Pac-Xon Arcade.webp

A childhood game I remember playing was Pac-Xon, a flash game. I thought "What if Namco had made it in 1982?"
