Yeah go ahead.

Your car is neat, you've nailed the rear end, but stuffed up the front, if you can fix that up it'd be primo.

Primo :odd:

Thats the Twin Supercharged Cobra I was talking about

god. the dude has stones. I'd be scared to do that with carburetion on an ORIGINAL 427, not because of the value of the engine, but because of its age. Id get EFI of course, it would be more MORE efficient, and much more safer. but its a cool effin car indeed. and a serious sleeper, too. No one would think that a Cobra looking that tame would have that power underhood. but then again, I doubt someone will race ANY cobra...

Cano

and yeah, Im in the club. The cobra may very well be the greatest sports/muscle car ever made. one thing is for sure: the cobra is the most important engine swap in automotive history. well, its a close first between that one and the 350 chevy into a 30s ford :D

i'm glad about people joining the club, and yes any body are welcome to the club.

thanks cobraboy for allways be helping around. 👍

ya wee_man bring the pics should be nice see those.

HEY, COOL! A FRUA COBRA!! RARE CARS. WELL, NOT A COBRA, BUT INHERENTLY RELATIONED TO, INDEED. i LIKE IT. IT WOULD BE BETTER WITH SOME CHANGES ON THE REAR. THE TAILAMPS HAVE TO GO, DEFFINATELY.

cANO

eek. sorry, I had the caps lock in and didnt notice :/

Right here we go. I just got back from this Historic race festival and got some real nice pics of me ol' mans car and some racing cobras in action. Here's the first installment. All are genuine of my dads car...:)
BTW I tried to make them small files but people with crap connections are going to find this a night mare. Enjoy!

nice shots wee_man,but why he put that silver plate on the rear fenders.

btw what you have under the hood.

hey, cool replica. it is well done, and it has been well taken care of. and yeah, what did you say you had under that scooped hood? :D

Cano

:D
Thanks. He's had it for 12 or so years now. He spends half his life up their looking after her.
A super charged Rover V8. Pics....

BTW f50 : they're stone guards. The paint he chose was selulouse like on the originals, but the only problem is that it's a stupidly soft paint and scratches really easily. If he hadn't of had the guards after 12 years of use he would of been just down to the original colour of the fibre glass body.

Yeah I know  . I asked him why, btu he pointed out that every cobra you hear with side pipes, you only really tend to here one bank of cylinders depending on what side you hear it from. You only get to properly hear it when she's pulling away infront of you. With rear pipes she sounds a lot better ;) :D

wee_man trush me a real cobra (or decent replica) would sound good no matter where you put the pipes.
and like cobra i rather the side pipes (this is a essential part of the shelby cobra ) ;)

but i'll tell you the truh:i'm dying for a s.cobra no matter if it have dual side, dual rear or a single one on midle of the rear (like a viper gts)i just want the d. car :D

I never realised, but I just found out the other day, when the GT40 came out (road car) it still couldn't beat the Shelby in 0-60 times :) . Just a little fact.

hello every body,is a long time since this club was daili active, and i was thinking on change the name of the club.

i was thinking on "caroll shelby club".

i would like to see what you think ?

i like, and love the actual name but i think with the "caroll shelby club" we could cover all the caroll shelby creations.

but,should i ?
