Should gt6 be free?

This has been pondering my brain for a while now. Do to the fact that we spent money on an incomplete game which was extremely away from kaz's principles do to him wanting gt5 to be perfect but was forced to release it no where near his expectations. The people who have bought gt5 should atleast get gt6 for free or at some kind of discount. Its hard to see it be free I know but a discount seems more reasonable dont any of u think?

No. You bought the game in the first place. If you don't check reviews to see what you are buying in the first place then you only have yourself to blame if you don't think you got value for money.

It cost $60 million or so to make GT5. Do you really think they can afford to give GT6 away if it costs something similar?
 
Kaz should be at my front door. Demanding 50 Euro`s again. Why? Because 'they' have been monitoring me and saw how many hours i poured into this game.

I hope they'll make GT6 quite expensive. Only commies want things for free. The rest of us gladly pay, to support the free market.
 
If GT5 is incomplete to some of of you I wonder what yall think of those games that take 6hrs to complete lol

The biggest problem with the F40 is it'll go down really slowly, then when the turbo's kick in it'll come flying out the other end :sly:
 
My thoughts on this:

GT6 Free? That is NOT going to happen, nor should it happen. GT6 will be a new game, and even though it will probably be based on GT5, it will have enough code to be deemed a different game, and therefore should be charged as such.

However, GT5 Spec II and Spec III (If ever) SHOULD be free. I wouldn't mind paying for DLC once they sort everything else out, or paying for a DLC that is worth it even with the numerous flaws in the game (i.e. Spa). But as for GT6 being free? No it shouldn't.

p.s. I have a funny feeling GT6 will be on a PS4, and GT5 will just be updated for the next two years and then left alone...

GT5 is unarguably incomplete, so being a smartass about it doesn't do anything but vindicate the silliness of the OP.
 
WOW I thought the complaining was going too far already , but wanting GT6 for free is taking the biscuit. No GT6 shouldnt be free. Thats like saying every other game developed should be free. Dont be so greedy for gods sake.

When GT6 did come out, I would like the feature of being able to import the cars you have collected from GT5 into the new game.:)

Now, if you want to get back to me after the game has leaderboards, matchmaking and whatever other stuff is promised on/in the game's packaging, feel free. But as it is now GT5 is unfinished, and it was even moreso when it first came out.





The OP is still completely ridiculous, but don't give it ammo and the guns to shoot you with.

You can't be serious, like seriously what world are you living in. First of all GT5 is an amazing game, so I don't know where your getting this from. Let's put it like this, when you bought any game in your life and it disappointed you was the next installment free? Exactly, this thread is pointless.
 
Free GT6? Of course! And kaz will gift you a real nissan gtr with it, obviously.

No game is perfect, so therefore your argument would apply to every single game ever released.

WELL prior to GT5 release Kaz said that Matchmaking and Online leaderBoards will be implemented through UPDATES .I dont see where it was mentioned it was suppose to be in the game from day one..
The only thing that was promised that they didnt give us was "Export of replays to YouTube"
And ofcourse there was an article somewhere about why this couldn't be implemented .

Ok... i think this game has tons of stuff on it i think it was worth the $60, i know alot of games that are not worth $60 like nascar the game if u think... how much more did u get in gt5 then u got in NTG11 im not just reffering nascar wise but all the cars in gt5 plus used car dealerships ect... My point is that gt5 is worth $60 and gt6 should not be free.
