The escudo has just popped up in my used cars for just under 2million and i have 2 million on me so is it worth buying? I was hoping it would beat the veyron in a drag when tuned.
If you already have a FGT or have enough money (5.8 million) to purchase a FGT and purchase the Escudo then I'd say buy it. Until then I think you should just save your money for the FGT.

I bought it when I first saw it (remembering it from older GTs). I've only taken it out to test once, with no tuning done. The acceleration on this thing is insane, but it needs a good tune... it has quite possibly the worst understeer I've experienced so far.
Dang, if I were in this situation I would definitely wait to purchase the Escudo, seeing as it isn't something that's realistically required for any other races you currently have left at your level. Continue to use your Minolta in the "Like The Wind" race to save up enough money for the FGT. Once you have the FGT, you could grind out some races with that car and have more than enough money to purchase a Escudo when it comes up again in the UCD.
Then I would buy the Corvette you can Racemod just to do the Indy race in the American Championship. It's the best grinding race for credits, and will be worth it in the end. Plus, the race-modded Vette looks sick.
I bought the escudo and im a little disappointed as it dosn't go any faster than199 mph even after installing a stage 3 turbo and altering the gear ratios but we all make mistakes
