Should PD show the PPs (Performance Points) of the opponents in SE? It will give a useful reference for us to set the restrictions on our own and gauge how many upgrades we need.

Well, it would be nice!

You'd have to know the lead time of 1st place as well I think?

I tend to get enough information off the opponents list, and just go by doing as little as I can to the required car.
If it looses, do a tiny amount of tuning and come back.

I think you're probably supposed to be able to win with the best car on the list stock. But as I'm not a driving god, a little incremental tuning and I get a fun race. 1 time out of 3 I'll get a "win on the last corner" race, I figure it's worth re-running the challenge a few times for those moments of joy!

Duh, this seems like a no brainer.

Great idea! It could show the opponents PPs in ALL A-Spec races!

I've done the best car on the list stock and splattered some of these races, and by no means am I the best.

That said I do them like you do, I'd rather win on the last corner than win by a lap.

I wish they'd show the opponent tires as well. The only way you can find out is by driving the race and then watching a replay

Just tune your car to the way you want it within the PPs allowed. That's how it worked in GT5 Prologue.

+1 👍

Good, they are listening! However, they might have planned it before:)

Of course not! There are children that play this game! :)

I don't really see the point in showing it, Knowing they are all ~450pp means nothing when you aren't doing a normal start. Even if you know the gap to first place, how will knowing that your car is lets say 25pp faster than all the opponents help you when 5pp =/= 5 seconds gained per lap or anything along those lines. It will end up being just as much trial and error figuring out the best pp gap as just tuning your car until its a close race.

I am not saying they shouldn't show it, there is no harm, i just dont see the point for the seasonals.
