I haven't posted in here in a while! Since getting PSVR2 playing GT7 has focused more on the driving of the cars rather that customizing them. I have still been building some cool rigs lately though, so here's a couple from the past few months.
I know there are a lot of people who don't care for the Tesla, but I think they're cool and plenty capable, so why not build one with a widebody and some Volks? I used the over fender stencils for an F80 BMW M3 and they worked pretty well with a little tweaking. This this is a weapon in pretty much any race it's in, and I think it looks great.
This white Ferrari is a close as I could come in the game to replicating the Stanceworks K20 Turbo Fearri 308 (built by Mike Borroughs). It is pretty limited in game as far as swaps, mods, fitment ride-weight etc., but it still looks damn cool and is fairly nice to drive. Next up is to add the recent Time Attack livery that's on the real car now.
This one was super fun. When the RBR Eg widebody came into the game I knew
exactly what I was going to do with it, and that's make it into a late-nineties/early 2000s import tuner show car. As you can see, I went wild with the splash graphics and overlays and finished it off with a ton of sponsor decals and some HUGE chrome Volk GT-Cs. Love this car.
This one's just a livery I made for the GR3 GTR. I bought it a couple of weeks ago to keep building my GR3 collection, and I always have to put my own stamp on pretty much any new race car purchase. I think it came out good.
Finally there's the Porsche 911 Carrera RS. What a beautiful little thing. Covered in a custom earthy green metallic and accented with gold center AR Mags and matching gold graphics, this little Porsche is just about the prettiest car in the game. The only downside is that it can't be driven at this height. Much like the Civic above, the EK touring Civic, the VW Beetle, and many other cars in the game, they don't steer when they're lowered too much. It still looks good at ride height, but it looks way better like this!
More soon...
