But john Barrowman's album is all cover versions? If you like the songs you'd by the originals. Which leads me to believe that you bought it because of the artist rather than the material...

I'm sorry, I forgot there was some law about not being able to buy cover versions...something that a lot of artists do. Though FYI, I do have the originals for the songs I particularly like. Your logic is flawed though, if a cover song done by a different artist sounds better than the original, why shouldn't someone buy said cover? Or should I sell it and slide into the stereotype that blokes have to listen to heavier music? (which I do anyway)

Sorry if I'm sounding harsh or whatever but I just get reaaaaally pissed off when someone tries to judge people just because of the music they listen to, it's really quite sad and pitiful, a sign of close minded arrogance that really oughta just be kept quiet with a little use of the brain cell :)

Anyway...

Will post pics after the footie, but managed to get ahold of the Back To The Future and Jurassic Park trilogies, along with Lock Stock, Snatch and Layer Cake in a boxset...now wheres my datacable...

Is that a good external because i'm debating between that and a 500gb Western Digital. The Seagate is less money at $80, but the specifications are a bit iffy. The western Digital on the other hand is $100, but the reviews were better. Thank god for black friday.

I'd go for the WD but in all fairness every HD that I've bought hasn't failed... yet

I'd say - With most harddrives these days exceeding 100.000+ hours MTBF - get whatever's cheapest pr. Mb.

Harddrive speed from an external drive differs what - 5 percent. Noone will notice that difference.. (Spoken from a guy who uses whatever 7200rpm SATA drives he can find the cheapest for storing HD material...)

I did a google search online, and the first link I clicked was amazon.com- they had a WD 500gb hard drive for $158.93, and it could probably be found for less if you searched around.

You stood in line 9 1/2 hours to save $58.93?
