That's what I've been hearing. I can't wait to use it for the first time tomorrow, I'll finally have a chance to go to the gym and I just finished my tub of White Flood, that also works very well too.

I really need to start going to the gym or I'm going to regret it soon. Let's just say my diet isn't that great, and my high metabolism has kept my weight in check for a few years, but it's starting to catch up with me.

Anyway, what exactly are these things you speak of and what do they do?

When you begin working out all you really need is protein.
 
I'm not really looking to gain a huge amount of muscle. I just want the layer that is slowly growing on my stomach area to disappear, and maybe gain a little upper body strength.

There is a guy on ebay that sometimes get them in but you need to be quick cause they go fast.

cant remember his ebay name though.

yeah it was quite a bit of money for me (30€), but i just couldn't resist, not this car :) haven't done a kit in ages. . this will be a long day :sly:
