My beloved 360 died on Wednesday and the problem isn't covered in the extended warranty, so I treated myself to this. It comes with 120GB HD and HDMi cable. I preffered my white one though....

I have to say that the Toshiba was a pretty good TV and the picture wasn't that bad compared to the HD sets. Maybe I just haven't gotten used to it.

On Craigslist, I saw a 30 inch HD tube set for $50 not that far from me. I wonder if that was a real deal.
 
Yeah I grew up watching TV on a Mitsubishi 14" piece from the early 80s, so I'm not that picky. ;)

Strangely enough, Both of my laptops were free, and both had/have celerons. Although Lappy (my first one) was a 2.4ghz, and is about 4 years old. this one (looks) was made about... 2004 also.... I wonder if my old processor would work in this one? hmm..... (only date it could find was for the wireless chip set on the bottom, so I could be even newer than that)

I had it for about 20 minutes at that point, and was just testing out the paint functions. Plus I don't believe the pen is pressure sensitive.

German Mauser Karabiner 98 kurz or K98 BCD 43' Cal. 8x57mm IS or 7.92Mauser. Got it like brand new for only 210 bucks! It needs some stock refinishing tough, but the lock slides like butter and the barrel looks like a mirror with a perfect rifling. :dopey:

I thought it was good. Has 1 of those nice twists at the end, too.
BTW, have to say, buying the Deluxe Version of Sin City was worth it. The novel that comes with it is pretty cool. Never been a comic book fan, but I may need to start.

How are those? Im right now contemplating whether i should buy bookshelves and have a nearfield setup or just buy a pair of active studio monitors, with the latter being a lot cheaper :sick:

Puny airsoft guns, my K98 rifle makes 2900+ fp/s and thats with a 200 grain projectile.

I mean why dont you save your money and get a real MP5 (clone)? :sly: MP5 clones go around 800$, are heck of a lot more fun and arent that expensive. Ok, you cant shoot yourselves with it for fun anymore but....:D

they are small but powerful and very impressive crystal clear sound
if you want to use them in your bedroom I think its one of the best performance / price solution:tup:
