Yup, I agree it's too steep of a price for what it offers. Amazing none of the good brands have a kit of that car, as far as I know.

Yeah, I read about the various different locations that they have and went, "lol, wut?" I had always thought that there was only the original Hofbräuhaus.

I was surprised they had one in Kentucky. Do you know why they put it there in particular? Also, does the Kentucky haus brew their own beer, or is it shipped from the Munich one?

Nice. That was also one of the first things that I did to my car after purchasing it.

Newport, KY is across the river from Cincinnati and Hofbräuhaus is a block from one of the bridges. Cincinnati has a large German population to the point that they even have their own Octoberfest celebration. Louisville, KY also has enough of a German population for there to be Germantown area.

And Hofbräuhaus does brew their own in-house, but on a much smaller scale. Theirs is only for use in the restaurant. They take that so seriously that they actually refused to let me buy a pack of bottles, despite having them for sale, because it was imported and shipping could affect the taste and so it would not be representative of their beer.

And I love the food. Good sauerkraut, wursts, and wiener schnitzel is hard to come by.

Arrived a few hours earlier than expected. I was sleeping, damnit!
The red color has a fantastic specular that's much more attractive in person. It's a pictures-don't-do-justice thing.

Definitely not worth the price. Waaaay too expensive, with very little in the way of detail and extras. 👎

Surprisingly smooth.

And a stacker/destacker+ to amplify and split a single satellite feed to my Sky HD+ box so that it has a proper twin feed.

Luckily the house is wired with good quality shielded cable so it gives an excellent signal quality. 👍 All the other rooms currently only have the one feed.
