One of these because my truck is too damn high.

And one of these because in Toyota's infinite wisdom, neither an OEM or aftermarket bed step and a standard recovery point on either the PRO or Trailhunter are compatible with each other without the relocation bracket.

And yes, the bracket was more expensive than the step.

Just got these, from the US, I do love the old school basketball trainers and I was hoping of anyone knows a legit website that would sell the 1990's trainers like the Nike air force DVST8 and the Nike air Strong mid?.

I've been rebuilding/refreshing my digital audio library and decided to get a heavily modded iPod Classic that has a 1TB flash memory, 1900mAh battery, but it all runs on stock Apple software which is great. I have an iPod Classic 6th Gen that I might look into getting repaired.

I picked up some other stuff.

My first time trying Sennheiser IEMs. I lost my Shure SE215s somewhere about a month ago, so these'll have to do. It's frustrating because I had the Shures for like 7 years.

Then a 3.5mm to 1/4 adapter - I want to see if the iPod can power my home headphones.

I might get one of these for my F-150. I'm not old, but it takes a bit for me to climb into the bed.

My old Tacoma was fine but the new one has a factory 2-1/2" lift. That puts it too high for me to not look like an idiot trying to get into it.

That's exactly why the truck I ordered is getting the entry assist steps right off the bat. I don't have the patience to try and jump into anything. Luckily it already has the bumper assist step built in, and that thing has already saved me when I'm using my dad's truck 10 times over.

1963 Kreidler Florett k53. Fiddy CC's. 3 on the tree and pedals instead of a kickstarter. As required by Dutch laws in the 60's.

Honda PC50. No idea what year it is, still have to research that. Sitting in a shed since 1986 and a quick clean of the carburetor and a new spark plug and it's a runner.

Also, it was a gift.

I'm just imagining the tenacious grip of those 40+ year old tires.

My old S23 Ultra had about 4 months remaining on the contract but Verizon has been hammering me with emails and notifications about trading in early and saving and I was skeptical that it was just marketing bluster. But I thought it might be worth a trip down there one day last week after work just to see what they were talking about. Turns out it was worth it. With the credit they gave me for me old phone I lowered my monthly payments by about $20 per month. Took me a few days to get it set up like my previous one.

I also bought some new earbuds.

I'm not one of those persons that constantly has these things in their ears. I only use them occasionally. I'm having trouble getting used to them. They don't feel like they are secure in my ears. the way I understand them is they are just supposed to sit in that little outer ear area and not into your ear canal. As a result I hear a lot of outside noise and the sound of them isn't very strong. Not a lot of bass in the music. Kind of like it's in the distance and not right in your ear.

Never really liked earphones and when they took the wires away well that blew my mind!

I've not been playing on my rig for the last few months because it weighs a ton and it's a pain to drag it to where I want it. So i bought some wheels for it. Why don't they come with them? :banghead:

I also bought more Adidas Japan trainers. I now have more than Mike Ashley!

And that little CD collection I started that has turned into a monster got some new carbuncles. Every time I say I'm done I buy more. I've got more coming in the post :ouch:

Are you sure they're not supposed to sit inside your ear canal? Most mainstream headphones overdo the bass, make sure you're getting a proper seal.

I recently bought IEMs and thought the bass was non-existent, but it turned out I just wasn't getting an airtight seal - I was also missing most of the details in music with in-ears when they weren't inserted correctly.

If they are I can't figure out how to get them in there. I'll look in the box again to see if I missed something. But the guy at Verizon said they are supposed to sit outside the ear canal.

They absolutely should fit into the canal about 1/4" so they can provide a seal. If they don't, change the tip to a different size. And it's possible you might need a different size for each ear.

@Jezza819 TB’s right. I’d like to add that our ear canals are all shaped differently and some people have different depths and widths for both ears.

I would suggest getting some different ear tips if possible. The only frustrating thing is that Bluetooth earbuds are restricted by the case, so it has to be a pair designed by those limits.

You could possibly find a pair of Comply foam ear tips for them; those can be squished then conform to the ear after putting them in. They can pick up earwax, so you have to change them, but they are pretty great.

So I checked the box they came in and there are no rubber tips in there. Unless they weren't supposed to come with them and you're supposed to buy your own. So I guess I'll have to buy some.
