Any Pikmin fans here? I was scrolling eBay and found this circa 2001(?) Captain Olimar & yellow Pikmin key chain charm. I love the fact the characters are canonically scale correct to the game.
Since I don’t really have key chains I use I thought it’d be a perfect rear view mirror charm!View attachment 1543410View attachment 1543411
You have a first-gen VW bus? 😮

I know that I just said in the “What are you watching thread” that I’m not a horror fan and never have been, and yet here we are. I just bought digital versions of The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920), and Nosferatu (1922). Maybe it’s better to say I’m a fan of German Expressionism. Also, they were only five bucks each.

Pre-ordered the PS5 edition right after the State of Play this past week, and while I am extremley excited to play AC8, the artbook and vinyl are what really got me. I was never able to get my hands on the Ace Combat Zero OST Vinyl when it came out, and from the bits of music from AC8 that have been shown, I think this one'll be a great listen.

Also came across the original 1979 Gundam anime soundtrack in the midst of running errands this past week.

I'm not very engrossed in Gundam as a whole (slowly working on that), but I couldn't ignore how gorgeous it all looked, and it was only $20.

Continuing my quest to buy the Sarah Records album discography.
Sarah 403 St. Christopher - Bacharach (1990)
Sarah 404 Brighter - Laurel (1991)
Sarah 405 East River Pipe - Goodbye California (1993)
Sarah 406 Harvey Williams - Rebellion (1995)
Each of these was originally released as a 10” LP, which means this is 40 inches of music, I guess.

NGD: 2024 Gibson Custom 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS, Iced Tea Burst

Been wanting a R8 for some time now. Found a good deal on a demo unit and ordered it.
Probably my favorite colour LP, looks beutiful.
Is the neck chunky?

Five more 4x6 frames in pale pink, light blue, orange, royal blue, and purple. I’ll be using the purple one first, as the next Patreon print I’m going to get from Mike Maihack is this fun image of Kate “Hawkeye” Bishop and Jeff the Landshark.

New pair of speakers.

B&W 706 S3 to replace my 685's that served me so well.

Must say I'm very happy with them so far after around 30 hours of music and movies.
Typical B&W sound, super crisp high end but nicer mids and much better bass than the outgoing 685's.

Probably will also update the centre speaker to a 706 series now also.

Currently have my 685S2 up for sale on FB. With having to move to a headphone only setup. Gutted really as they’re great speakers.

The 7’s looks lovely. They always know how to put some great speakers together.

Shame you have to move to headphone only as the 685's are great little speakers.

A lot of my listening is through headphones, especially at night for obvious reasons which I really enjoy but during the day I love listening through speakers. Something about hearing a nice speaker being driven hard just clicks with me.

Not sure about the neighbours though
