This arrived in the mail today. A K-Pop Demon Hunters print from Mike Maihack. He’s one of the artists I support on Patreon, but instead of a Patreon reward, I bought this from his online store. It’s nice and large at 11x14. It’s still in its protective plastic sleeve. Need to get a frame for it, maybe something in a light blue to highlight the tiger.

Honestly, I never expected this one to ever get re-pressed. This is one of my favorite all-time Hip-Hop records and, imo, it's a definitive East Coast Hip-Hop album. Considering that both the original pressing and the 2010 remaster are impossible to find without spending stupid amounts of cash, I jumped on this one the moment I saw it.
 
So which blue do you all think will look best with this print?

Well, I gave in to more Steam game sales.

I bought Tokyo Xtreme Racer and rFactor2. I played a bunch of TXR already as you can see, I'm having fun with it. It actually does feel like a modernized TXR3 to me, though with wider highway routes.

I also bought some games on GOG with their sales, Resident Evil 0, RE1 Remake (even though I had it on Steam), and Silent Hill 4: The Room. I was shocked to see an older Silent Hill game actually for sale. Oh and RE2 & 3 were games I already bought a while ago as part of a bundle.

I'm not proud of myself, but I bought the first 3 COD Black Ops games on steam. Mainly for zombies on each. I did start playing some custom zombies on Black Ops 3 and found a couple of fun maps. I am really rusty, but I think I'll get better again.

Getting back on my Van Build jam. I decided to go away from a permanent kitchen, to a much more modular design that won’t take up valuable space, as my van isn’t camped in 95% of the time. Have a perfect spot to clip it to a wall in the van.

Got a rifle case from Harbor Freight, then finally got around to opening a couple Prime Day stoves I bought. Would love to use the red Everest, but even with all the foam taken out, the case won’t close. So I’ll be using the Coleman.

I’m going to model my kitchen build thingee after these:

If this kitchen build goes easy enough, I’m going to build a single burner stove version, for a lot of one pot meals I prefer to cook when I’m by myself.

That's cool as hell. I never thought about using a waterproof case for that purpose.
 
I bought this today. Adult High School by Alexis Flower. It’s a digital download. A print version is planned, but it’s still a ways down the road. While it is technically SFW, Flower is walking a very fine line on this one, which is why I’m putting the cover behind a spoiler tag.

It’s a black and white Japanese high school battle comic in the style of manga like Ikkitousen. The first volume is even 180 pages, the length of a standard tankouban. It’s exceptionally well done.

Flower is a Canadian artist best known for his adult webcomic I Roved Out in Search of Truth and Love, or I Roved Out for short, or just IRO. He’s been making it for the last ten years. It’s highly NSFW so you’ve been warned. It’s also one of the most beautiful webcomics I’ve ever seen, adult or not. Here’s one of his most recent pages that is safe to share.

To give you an idea of how popular IRO is, his latest crowdfunding project for a third hardcover book collecting it had a goal of CA$20,000, and reached more than $711,000. (I am responsible for more than $400 of that.) And that’s for a webcomic that is 💯% free to read on the internet.
