I've never been able to ice skate. I am moderately capable of roller skating, but ice skating is something I've quite figured out.

Great Lakes Brewing makes some good stuff. I like the Dortmunder Gold and the Christmas Ale. I'd like to get some of the Commodore Perry IPA next. I've done lagers to death lately so it's time to move on to something new.

Ice skating does take a bit to get the hang of. You really have to trust your edges. Once you do get it though, it's pretty hard to forget.

What do people see in Bright Eyes? I can't understand why people like him so much. I even like Indie/Folk music.. Sufjan Stevens, Beirut, etc. But I just can't figure out what's so great about Conor Oberst.
 
I've made several purchases as of late. Last week I picked up a new entertainment stand so I could mount my tv instead of having it set up. And after I got off work tonight I went and got a new logitech wireless keyboard and mouse so it would be easier and faster for me to type, as well the PSEye for headtracking in GT:5, and the Sony Bluetooth headset.

Not really, it is about average for tee's. There sweatshirts can get expensive though, but they are worth it.

That t-shirt was $10, most are $20-$25 though. I always buy them on sale though, I mean all summer stuff is on sale right now since it'll be cold in a month or so. The jackets are fairly expensive, my Denali jacket was $160 or something and some of my other ones were $100+. I really like North Face stuff, so I don't mind spending the extra money...although Mountain Hardware, Marmont, Arc'teryx, etc. are all more or less the same.
 
I got some Burt's Bees peppermint foot lotion stuff for my cracked toenails. I've bought a lot of salves and lotions and stuff to try and remedy them but let me tell you, this Burt guy knows what's up. It's been a few hours since I put it on and I can't see anymore cracks. Can't feel them either. And the peppermint and tea tree oils in it really make your toes feel good. Managing toenails with such a propensity to become ingrown really sucks.

JR Watkins sucks... time to throw that out and hope that this Burt's stuff does the trick for good.

Nothing much actually. A few tweaks in the UI. The look and feel is very much like Lepoard. Mind you, I've only had it installed for a couple of hours and haven't played around much.

I made my music on the office Mac softer so people wouldn't complain about my tastes. But they did anyways. So I bought these:



Now I have Opeth and drum n' bass blasting all day and I don't have to hear people yapping all day about how much they don't like it.
 
^ Very good choce! Sennheiser are by far the best headphones out there!
 
Be careful with the headband adjustment mechanism on those. If they're anything like the 457s, the plastic knobs that slide along the notched slot will wear.

When I was picking up GH5 the salesman said he didn’t really know much about the series because he is in a “real” band. :rolleyes: Musicians can be such snobs. ;)
