Maybe their Subway is actually good. Kind of like how Pizza Hut works over there.

Subway stateside is awful. Although I had a sub in Orlando that wasn't half bad. The one next to my house is like a little pathetic bread tube that looks like it belongs with a roll of paper towels, stuffed with a few pieces of chicken and a meager portion of lettuce.

If you guys are ever in Florida, PM me and I will take you to La Spada. My treat.

Nah pizza hut isn't so great. Rubbish sauce and mechanically recovered toppings. :yuck:
Subway is alright but if there is a nice sandwich shop nearby I would choose it over subway any day.

I think subway is great, but I only have a sub every now and again - too expensive and unhealthy. Had one for lunch today infact.:P

I may need you to explain this, sense most of my favorite pizza toppings are pre-processed meats of some form that could be defined as mechanically recovered.

Sure, they can be made by hand, but the process is no less disgusting.

Very fair point. You know the meat feast pizzas? I'm talking about the "meat" on those. Mechanically recovered probs isnt the correct term. Processed maybe? I don't know. Whatever the stuff on top of the meat feast is... It doesn't taste like good meat. Call me a snob, but pizzas from somewhere run by italians with some classic pizza oven things FTW! :D

Brasseries do often make nicer pizza than Pizza Hut, but you can't go far wrong with a large Cheesy Bites pizza with spicey beef and pepporoni toppings.

The nicest pizza I ever had was at a restaurant in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. There's a place there called Trevi and it serves the nicest italian food anyone could ever wish for.

I find they tend to vary from place to place. There's only one I've been to that's been reasonable in terms of service and quality of food, and that's in the middle of Newcastle under Lyme. Been back there a few times too, so it wasn't a fluke. Every other I've visited has either had dreadful service or food. Or both.

Near Stoke on Trent right?

I go to my local at Banbury and Northampton, nice style place and the food is always fine.

Just to out do you and have a few drooling Mac fanboys. (Technically not mine, but purchased my department and I'm spending my weekend installing them.)

*snip*

iMac 27"
8GB Ram
1TB HDD

Have to say they're pretty impressive, I look after these so I'm going to be pretty pissed come Monday when no doubt they're just covered in fingerprints. (Hell, they're covered just taking them out of the box).
That's absolutely insane! I would love to see the look on the guys face who got the order for 63 maxed out iMacs!

Yup.

(My friend is at uni there, I should point out - I don't just drive 90 miles for the cheesy garlic bread or anything...)

Yeah well Pizza Hut in Belgium was off the chain. It was a sit-down restaurant with great pizza. Not Doughboys great, but certainly a few orders of magnitude greater than standard delivery fare.

But then how many of you non-Americans have had real Chicago- or New York-style pizza? ;)

2GB Crucial ram to go with the already 2gb in my computer

Charging pod for my Blackberry 8900

You mean the one in Antwerp, near the station? That one is quite good. They have a similar one in Rotterdam, also very good. 👍

Ohh, Ohh *sticks up hand*. And the only Pizza you can really get here is Pizza Hut and Domino's...
Small place near the Mt Albert Village (near where i live), ironically, it's run by an Iranian.

But, wait (💡) my mum's from LA. But i've been living in Godzone since I was 10 months, so do I not count?

There was a small mix up with my order, so no coilover shirt. But, I do get to pick out and extra shirt on the house and a different shirt replacing the coilovers:
