I hate to imagine how long my cousin's takes to fill up, she bought one of of the 18' X 48" ones last year. Not sure if they're going to put it up this year, but I assume they are.

Although it probably takes a little less time since they just have the fire dept. fill it in like 5 minutes.

My friend has a pair of Ferrari Puma's. They are a bit excessive. Though, I have been looking at some red and silver ones.

I am very late for LBP, but the bundle comes from a DS3 controller and only costs me CA$60. What a steal!
 
Well, through a few "accidental" clicks, I placed an order for a MacBook Pro on Amazon. I think I need to go to sleep before I get even more wreckless with my money and buy more stuff. :p

Edit: Aaaannnd I'm still awake. So here's a picture of it, for those who don't know what a MacBook Pro is:

Not exactly sure why I bought it. I have a functional Toshiba laptop in my lap right now, and I already have a MacBook Pro at home down in Texas.
But hey, this new one's marginally better: 2.66 GHz i7 compared to my older one's 2.66 GHz Core 2 Duo. :lol:

This week has been expensive for me; Muse Mag, Muse Tickets and ModNation Racers. Yeah, I'm not going to be spending money for awhile methinks.

The bundle comes with different color DS3, but with different greatest hits game. e.g. LBP with black, Killzone with silver, GOW with red, Resistance with blue if I remember correctly. I would love to have a white (not that I found) or a silver DS3, but LBP is the only game I want to play :(

The fire department around here stopped filling pools a long time ago according to my dad. It would be nice because it takes about 3 days to fill the pool and we leave it half full throughout the winter. Then we spend another couple weeks cleaning and prepping the water and warming it up. Thankfully the only ones to blame for the in-ground are my parents, that pool is older than me lol.

I want God of War III so bad. I only recently discovered it while browsing YouTube and it looks like an amazing game! Too bad I haven't got a PS3 :p
 
TBH, God of War 3 lacks in the replayability department. If you're after games with longevity you're better off spending your money on something else.

Still an excellent game though :)

Interesting.... I was just looking at computer monitors today. LED's with their 2,000,000:1 with a 2ms response to be exact. Waiting for them to get just a tad bigger. A 28" would be about perfect to replace my HannsG that is about to make me puke. I need something with more accurate colors, ect...

So what's this Dell all about?

Basically does all the maintainence and cleaning that 5 programs do normally, but does it waaay better.
 
And to go with my new monitor, I got a computer. Thread coming soon. I got a sweet ass deal on a sparkle 1250w psu and gtx 480. Since it's 88-91% efficient I don't think I'll need another power supply for the rest of my life. :lol: It was cheaper to get that deal than something more sensible. -$235 combo deal will do that.

Thank goodness for the rest of the -$80 combo discounts. Now I just gotta pray to god that Adobe supports the 480gtx and that it eats up Premiere Pro like there's no tomorrow.

What size panel did you get? I was thinking about the 24" one for a while, but I've read a bunch of stories about color accuracy issues on the 24".

It's a 23". This is the xx11 ultrasharp, not last year's one. I read on hard forum that lot of the people had some tinting issues, but then there were those that looked fine. I figure for 250 bucks it's worth the risk. I'll return it if I get some really wacky yellow/blue tinting.
 
Hopefully :D This will be the first computer I've built, and I really really hope when I press the power button it'll turn on and not explode in a giant plume of smoke :lol:
