Silver Chrome vs. Gold Chrome (better?)

Hey! Which one do you like better? Which one do you think IS better?

Silver Chrome or Gold Chrome?

I don't like either but if I had to choose one I would go with silver chrome, gold chrome looks to tacky IMO

I think I prefer Silver. I have two Silver Chrome paints, but haven't used them yet, because I can't decide what car would look best in Silver Chrome.

You get a special paint chip for every thirty cars in your garage (matter, colour shift or Chrome) or trade for them in the market place. I think placing third in the more recent seasonal events may also give you a special paint chip, not sure though

You trying to say that you get different prize for 1st,2nd and 3rd place? This will be valuable for me. Now I'm a car collector. Love to paint the cars!

Just trade for chrome in the marketplace. Lots of those trades there. Make sure you dupe the chrome to get more.

i bought 1110 cars to get 1 silver chrome on my main account

on the second account i had more luck 30 Cars for Gold Chrome and 60 Cars for Silver Chrome

I've only used silver chrome on my GT concept and it looks like a spaceship never used gold except on wheels.

Neither. I think they look simply awful, IMHO.
If I had to choose, I'd take (albeit at gunpoint, probably) silver. I reckon it comes in slightly lower on the scale of "1" to "I look like a wazzock".

Silver. Gold doesn't look good on 1049 of Gran Turismo's cars.

silver is more stylish but gold is more GWEEDO-ish depending on the car mostly..

e.g: Citroen Concept - Gold is better
e.g: SLR McLaren - silver is better
ALSO - Silver Chrome is the best rim colour you can possibly want, unless you like it black ;p

I have an Art Morrison Corvette in Gold Chrome...looks fantastic.

Also have the oldschool Mustang Trans-Hammer in Silver Chrome...also looks fantastic.

i'm thinking of buying a Citroen GT 5.6mil and painting it Gold Chrome!
