Silver & Gold Chrome - Where?

I've seen some people with gold chrome paint chips, but they're mum on where they came from (which seems an eternal problem, for some reason I can't quite fathom).

Simple question: How do I get these two?

It came with the preorder bonus. The 15th Anniversary Paint chips give you GT6 Metallic's, Color Shifters, and Chrome etc. they actually gave you a decent amount really. Its 10,000 Cr to paint it chrome.

Its not actually called gold or silver chrome like in GT5 but its just called GT6 Chrome, and theres a gold and silver next to it.

You'll be able to get Gold and Silver Chrome through the seasonal events in the future, probably.

I have a paint chip that is gold chrome, one of those GT-***-OP paint chips, got it for gold in seasonal i think, might have been S2000 one

Yeah, I got the gold through one of the seasonals. Not the S2000, it was one of the ones from the batch prior to that. Got a pink chrome from one of the new seasonals, still haven't seen the silver chrome yet, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

Pink Chrome came from the Lancia Delta seasonal.
Gold Chrome was in the MiTo seasonal (which is over now I'm afraid).
Blue chrome comes out of the BMW M4 seasonal.
Matte blue and matte yellow were in the Hudson Hornet and S2000 challenge if I'm not mistaken.
I also got two polarized ones, but I have no clue anymore where I got those...

Haven't seen a silver one in the seasonals so far.

Yea same for me as dragonbeard I got all them but the pink one haven't try it yet. I use the gold chrome on my GT cars pretty neat.

One of the seasonals gives a chrome gold colour. All I can remember is that it has "-W" in the end of the name I think.

I have four chrome chips, I think they all came from the seasonal gold prizes.

This is what I have so far....

PINK = GT CHROME 003-W
PURPLE = GT CHROME 005-C
GREEN = GT CHROME 006-W
GOLD = GT CHROME 010-W

...Gold Chrome was in the MiTo seasonal (which is over now I'm afraid)....

Although you can no longer register your time, you can still enter this event and beating the gold time will give you the paint chip.

Same as the ones I have. Some of the polarized ones look chromy (if that's a word)

Does anybody know if PD is going to let us gift chips (and other items) again? I've got the AE of the game, but there are two PS3s in the house and I'd like to share the chips & cars with my other profile(s).
