I am curious about this Premium, and what benefits and advantages it will have over normal members. Larger attachment sizes, avatars, signature pictures?
Hmmmm...sounds like fun I guess...though I'm still a relativly new member so I never knew the older GTp's so this'll be the first change i've seen..excitment.....was the old GTP like 8bit SuperMario for Nes? That would be cool.......
Just no sig pics please! They take away from the flow and make the site look dirty. When reading about GT4, I don't want to see an ad for someones Magna/Hentai site.
I wouldn't mind signature pictures too much, just as long as they're within reason (e.g. no five-foot-long monsters).
Also, Event Horizon, in order to get the quote that you see around the forum, like the one below, simply hit the "quote" button at the bottom of the post.

This site is private property: owned, operated, and all expenses borne by Jordan. His ball, his bat, his yard. His rules, his right to do whatever he wishes with his site.
If GTPremium turns out not suit your needs, then vote with your feet and go somewhere else that does. That is the limit of your rights and priveleges here.
If you don't like it, by all means go ahead: start your own forum that you can run any way you like. But it would be well to remember that you are in no position to make demands or threats here.
I think he was tryin to say (in the wrong way) that Jordan should be careful that the changes do not drive people away, or make them unhappy with GTP. I don't think it was a threat, just that some members may get disgruntled at the changes. But you are right if he doesn't like it he can lump it and go somewhere else. I can't wait to see what it looks like.
GTP6 sounds great but no way am I paying (I had a huge debate about subscriptions on deviantart). Please don't takeaway any of the current features for the free version only add to the subscribers features. Please!
