They will sometime soon in named the G35 (they got rid of the R badge). If you use the search button at the bottom you can find the threads for it...

Actually, the GT-R will become a model in its own right - it's not going to technically be a Skyline spec. Overseas versions will be in a different spec to Japanese domestic versions - can't remember the details.

Could this post be any more vague?

He means the skyline and GTR parts will be 2 different cars instead of together as a skyline GTR. the Skyline will be the infinity here in the U.S. and if the GTR comes to the U.S. it will be known only as the GTR ;) weird huh?

and overseas versions will be different than the JDM spec means that the Japanese will once again screw over the U.S. and send us lower powered versions of of the GTR . anything else?

and they do have skylines in the US just not from Nissan...

Turtle boy? Respect your elders - I'm like 46 in turtle years.

Um....that WAS Graig Lieberman's skyline and he doesn't live in bristol....He later sold it to modern image for a ton of money and their not located in bristol....don't belive everything you read online....

Skylines are here in the US. Motorex has them. Ready to buy and register. Just because they aren't in Nissan dealerships, doesn't mean you can't buy them.

I have a friend who bought a silver R34 v-spec, for 90k its not bad. Better than an NSX.

IIRC the details are mainly in the engine. US spec will have an NA v8. JDM will have the VQ30DETT from the JGTC cars. Both versions are rumoured to have 400 odd HP. I suspect that the US spec will have slightly less. Apparently the difference is due to pollution controls.

Hopefully Nissan OZ will bring in the twin turbo :)

the movie consultant is Craig leiberman (he owned the supra from the fast and the furious) but he has sold the skyline to the modern image studio.
