I couldn't get one till about 2 weeks ago. If you're under 18 both your parents have to sign that thing with you and that kinda doesn't work in my situation, so I had to wait till i'm 18.

I'm just too lazy now tbh.

That's not the point really. I could have got mine 10 years ago, but both parents have to agree with it and in my situation that's not possible.
