I would've told you, but I watched that video of yours... Now I don't want to tell you.

So...did you watch the video? Did you? Did you?!

That is so rad, I bet you were really excited.

lol

yes i was VERY excited. I Actually had a hard-on.

You know what grinds my gears? Its SpiffyDeeezy with his youtube video that he felt needed to have its own thread. I mean its just a video of a car in the rain, it doesnt have any explosions or a police chase or anything you know? Why is it here, what do you want from me SpiffyDeeezy? Ill tell you what you want, you want nothing, you want nothing! And that people is what grinds my gears... Diane?

I want your views. And your base.

Whoa you discovered the E brake! Congratu-freakin-lations.

No e-brake was used here buddy! I posted a POV view.

Doubt he would have needed the handbrake for that. My 635 used to let the back-end slide round with not much persuasion or momentum at all, especially in the wet - mostly thanks to the TRX's it wore. I'm sure the SL is much the same.

You are correct! If i didn't have an open diff, it would be much better. What is a 635 by the way? BMW?

So, Seattle is like the UK? Every day is a rainy day?

yes, Seattle rains 365 days out of the year :)

What game is this?! Graphics look sick.

It's Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing you can purchase it at GameStop for $199.99

Not much sliding going on in the sliding video. :ouch:
To answer your question...

Get the last partof the video url after the "v=" Yours would be OoNOvLc3gR0& Put that in between some YouTube tags and that's it. Try posting something worth watching next time though. :)

Yes i know, i have posted new and MUCH better videos. I hope you watch!

Wait, so how do I embed?

Still a hooligan.

But a hooligan that's much better at entertaining via YouTube. If the next one improves by as much as that one, I can't wait to see it.

oh yes im gonna start doin some on-ramps. Any suggested camera mounted views you guys wanna see? Ive been trying to find some new AWESOME angles to record in. This view gets too much water on the lens and Rain X isnt doing its job.

ALSO, here's something totally unrelated.

Call of Duty!

And you won't be posting them here.

Wow...may I have a link to the forum rules, please? Also "and" isn't a proper way to start a sentence. Just got done reading the grammar section of the rules.

No cars being around doesn't make it any less illegal if it's on a public road.

Much better.

I have to agree with you. To be honest, it's not all that easy trying to drift a heavy car with a soft suspension, so I think that's a bit impressive. Rain does help a lot though.

Well...what if there aren't any other cars around?

I... I don't even.

Also "and" isn't a proper way to start a sentence. Just got done reading the grammar section of the rules.

Perhaps you may wish to familiarise yourself of the differences between colloquial English, conversational English and formal English. Maybe also "Decent" and "Perfect" - particularly if you want to play it that way.

I'd advise strongly against trying to play it that way.

Not trying to knock you, but sliding the tail out in the wet isn't that much to get excited about. Pretty much anyone here with at least 5 years of driving experience could accomplish that with any RWD car. I have a GoPro, and a RWD car, but I don't make videos like this simply because it isn't safe (my rear tires are also $700, but I digress). I still have the occasional hooligan moment, but I know I shouldn't. My point is you won't get a positive response here with a video like that.

Now, if you go to a track and record a 60mph drift in the dry, that's something I would like to see. Unfortunately you would get black flagged there too for dangerous driving.

False. It's a conjunction, and a perfectly good way to either join two linked clauses or start a new sentence.

It's in the same word class as but, for, so, nor and or. And you can most definitely start a sentece with those words. And, is no different. (See what I did there?)

But the point is, is that if GTP has its own rules, then so be it. It's not much to adapt and use some common sense.

Okay, I will not play it that way. Sorry.

My tires were more expensive than yours :) Michelin Primacy MXV4...best all seasons out right now. Also, I will PM you some videos of 60MPH drifts on the track. Only when my tires are bald though. I know plenty of people with 5 years of experience in driving and they still don't know how to recover from the slightest amount of over steer.

Okay, okay. You win. I lose.

Jump rope whilst driving is extremely dangerous!

Anyhow...

I'd agree that learning more car control in an environment where you are in control of more variables, is less dangerous than getting caught out one day with no experience in a more heavily populated environment -- if that makes any sense.

I'd agree as well. So we should be allowed to post more content! Haha. What are you up to anyways, Matski? I'll PM you some videos i'm not allowed to post.

Hell yeah..

I don't have it any more :(

The TRX tyres on the 6 were rubbish, so slides were more gradual than you appear to get.

I think I'm right in saying AUP applies to PM's too.

Aw what are you driving now? Also, what do you mean your slides were more gradual? I will refrain from the PM. Thanks.

Wrong section and what not. AUP possibly as well.

Not to mention it is just some kid rolling around on slush at like 5mph
