As some of you may already know, there's a slipstream effect present when you drive behind another car in GT1 and it is quite pronounced. I was wondering if this effect is still there in GT2? Seems to me like there is a subtle increase in speed when driving behind the AI, but I can't really tell...

Yes, its quite strong the faster you are.

Yes it's still present in all of the GT games. GT1 did have the strongest effect however.
