slow starters

at times my drivers really seem to be slow on the starting line any idea why?

The only think i can think is he must be a lower level driver.

To me it seems like traction control is always on in b spec, which sucks.

It's not. You will see this if you use a high horsepower car with a lower level bob and push him to the limit - you will see there's no traction control.

The low level ones just suck at driving. The red bit above the throttle that comes on when the TC is on is always there for me in b spec no matter what I do.
