The PSN ID is case sensitive. The 's' has to be lowercase in the URL.

I keep getting sent to another page where i have to sign in.

When i click on the link it subs out the /user/ for /signin/ even when i change it in the web bar doesnt let me get past this sign in page.

when i try to sign in with my own PSN account it wont let me either.
