I sent access to your email. Here is the link you can watch for how to enter the data. You can also save yourself a good deal of time if you take a picture of the qualifying and race results after each race. Then you'll just need to get fast laps from the replays.

I don't think you'll receive anything in your email. You've been given access through your email so when you go to enter data , you'll have to be logged into that account to see the documents.

Hey fellas, second event of the month tonight. I am in NJ at present, but plan on being home in time for tonight's racing. Room will be open by 9:05pm est. In the event the room is not open by then, please have the backup host and scorekeeper on stand-by as I may be a little late. Good luck, and see everyone at race time.

The stewards are going to need another set of replays uploaded in the .zip format instead of .rar. Please get this done so that the stewards can meet their deadline to review of Wednesday night.
 
Hi friends. So last week we were kind of scrambling to get a host together in time for the races, luckily nova came on eventually. Nova did mention he was 50/50 to make it before hand. Userid our backup host was a no-show, so if Nova didnt come on what would we have done? Just want to bring this up so we can plan for it in case it happens in the future. I'm happy to host if our main hosts cant make it, but I'm on the west coast. Since heat is in Europe maybe someone in the Midwest or east coast can do it since the latency between California and Ireland would be huge.

Definately a good point to address. With the main summer months here, attendance of our regulars could become a little "less regular" so it would be good to have a plan in place. I typically will leave notice of my status earlier in the weekend if I know by then, or at the latest, during the day of race day if I'm going to be absent or possibly late. In the event there is no room opened by 9:15pm est, have someone open a room for the night using the room setup page. A 3rd and or 4th backup host this time of year is not a bad idea.

I can easily slot you in as second back up(D2 duties post has been changed to reflect this). Just be sure you are familiar with the proper set up for Sunday Night's. There is a post for the hosts responsibilities I'm just on my phone and can't make a link to it
 
But @SAMHAIN85 you have to check The requierements to be an authorized host . Bucause at least you need a high bandwidth for downwload and upload and some other requirements to run the night as smooth as possible . And I support your idea !
 
There are no specific requirements to host as every connection is treated the same in a non-fixed host room. The only minimum requirements apply to those wishing to run the room as fixed host where the host's connection is used to reduce the burden on the other connections in the room.

I have to work this afternoon, and plan to be home in time for racing, but in my line of work I never can be sure, so please have the backup hosts and scorekeepers on standby. Room will be opened by 9:05pm est assuming all goes as planned. Good luck tonight and see you all at racetime.

I'm sorry I haven't been on with you guys lately my PS3 gave out again and this time I can't fix it so I won't be able to race with you guys again until GT Sport. I'm not sure who all will be getting GT Sport but I sure hope to see all you guys when it comes out. I already have a PS4 and already paid for the game so now we just play the waiting game...
 
i found an issue in the SNAIL DATA sheet.

in the last race in silverstone , mike grove didnt finish the race and its typed that he finish 3rd.
