Good afternoon gentlemen. First of all, let me say thanks to the guys who participate in this past Saturday's race. The Cobras vs the 'Vettes was really fun.

We're going to change things up a little bit this Saturday. We're going to take the 2023 Honda & Toyota SF23s to the Nurburgring, and race on the 24 hour circuit. The race will be at 1:00pm CDT because my mother in law's birthday party is Saturday afternoon.

Make sure to buy all three compounds of racing tires, as well as wets.
 
I’ve just remembered that i’m gonna miss this one unfortunately. Another slot car day. We running our newest Porsche spec team series. I’ll try to take some photos or videos for those who is interested. Have a great race on the Green Hell!
 
My wife and I are planning on going to the lake next weekend, so there may not be an endurance race next Saturday. I will keep you posted.

Thanks for putting this together. Even though I seem to collect a lot of wall crashing penalties, it was a lot of fun. I wouldn't mind doing a 90 min endurance at this track with a road car.

Looks like we're going to a funeral on Saturday instead of the lake. I won't be back from the funeral in time to hold the endurance race on Saturday, but would Sunday at 1:00pm CDT work?

I have an idea for a new format. I call it "The Honest Roy L. Fuchs Used Car Rally".

Here's how it will work:
  • Drivers will have between now and Saturday at 12:00pm CDT to choose a car that is currently for sale in the UCD and post their choice here.
  • The car has to cost less than 200,000Cr, and have PP of less than 500.
  • Once a car is chosen, then no one else can choose that car.
  • I will post the PP and weight requirements everyone must meet once everyone has posted their choice.
Another twist is that I will put three tracks up for a vote. Whichever one gets the most votes is the track we will race on.

Thoughts or opinions?

I like this idea. 1pm CDT Sunday should be ok with me.

So, If my Civic, with the weight added, is still at 419PP, did I go install some power tuning parts to reach 500PP? @TexHill

Yes. I had to use stage 1 & 2 weight reduction, then add 29kg of ballast. That put me over 500PP, so I had to use computer to reduce the power, and now I'm at 499.44
