Dont know if anyone remembers me saying "I wish we had snow here" Well today my wish came true.

We (in Kent) got a covering of about an inch - no more - and suddenly it's a major news story and they're talking about shutting down the schools.

In Sheffield meanwhile, my dad is under 4 feet of the stuff and schools carry on as normal.

Soft southern pansies... :D

hehe,

just drove home and all the roads are solid ice. Well dodgy on some of the tight corners.
Had to turn my turbo down to minumum boost aswell because too many revs were making wheels spin.

I'd send you some snow from the US, but it would melt before it reached you.

Taken yesterday.

You can also play the 'Which car is Race Idiots car covered in snow' game.

Snowed for more than an hour here in Southampton, Hampshire, and it was heavy too.

My brother dropped his motorbike in it!
But yeah, it was great!

Hahaha Did I mention my Dad was from Newcastle? I complain about it being cold (well in winter not nowadays) and he's like When I was a lad (ok im exagerating the accent and stuff), I used walk home from school in shorts while it was snowing. Its funny cos he always pays out people from london. Go the Gordies!!!
