Omg take the X1 and go cockpit view on there and just drive as fast as you can while it snows. All you can see is streams it's so awesome. It feels like your going warp speed

No, it isn't stupid. For those who enjoy racing @ high speeds, wangan-style, drag racing, or acting as a proving ground. It's one of the best and unique tracks in the game.

It's been in since the beginning of the game. Just it's a random uncommon occurrence that you can't necessarily set. Only effects the track in that the surface acts like it's raining.

It will be a challenge for street cars to run in a snowy condition not being intended to be driven with comfortable tyres on the snow... making a competition draggy and full of risk of smashing into the fence for the driver themselves.
