That will be fun to try the first time with my newly ( used) bought DFGT

I think they're all still a little bit hungover at PD today.........let us wait!

News are there. But the seasonal itself isnt.

Fiiiiiiiiinally!!!!!!! :) :) :)

About time the normal TT cycle resumed, been waiting for this for 2 months!

Glad to see the lap times for these events are back closer to the 1 or 1.5 minute mark or so. Much more ideal laptime-length for TT events imo. Even 2 minutes is okay sometimes. 5-6 minute laps on the other hand... UGH... no thanks, that's just a carpal tunnel torture chamber on crack, lol.

Not quite as glad that one of the 2 events is on Big Willow, when we JUST had that TT on Streets of Willow before the Holidays...

...but, at this point I don't even really care about the usual nitpicky type of stuff like that, since, compared to the epic, galaxy-destroying megadisaster that was the Holiday TT's (okay, I'm exaggerating a little now), these TT's will wayyyyyyyyyy more than suffice, for the time being, haha.

I'm excited to see how high I can finish in either of these ones. My 199th place finish in the Streets of Willow TT was my highest finish so far in a GT6 TT (well, I've only really fully all-the-way participated in like 3 TT's so far (in terms of trying for a high ranking), and finished around 600th in the first, and 500-something'th in the other, so jumping to Top-200 in that last one was a pretty big improvement for me, rankings-wise. So, given that I had to learn that track from scratch, and also hadn't ever driven the 2J before that event, I'm thinking maybe I could even have a Top-100 finish in me if a TT ever comes around where I am familiar with both the track and the car. My thumb-dexterity is pretty atrocious though, so, especially based on my memory of how much more I liked using the wheel-and-pedals kit I had back in high school for the MCO TT's, I think I will probably need to get a wheel kit to break into the Top 50, or Top 25 or that type of really elite territory. (Not that I'm saying it can't be done on a DS3, obviously there are numerous players out there who have proven it can be done, I just mean, different people seem to be better suited to different types of physical control formats, and for me, given my experience with using a wheel in a different game when I was younger, i definitely remember liking that format a lot better than the joystick-and-X-button format that I currently use.)

Alright well, good luck out there on the digital track, everyone.
