I don't have the game yet, but I've seen this question asked and it seems that you can't. Apparently you can only transfer 50 cars from GTPSP. There hasn't been anything found for prologue.

You can transfer 50 cars from GT PSP to My Pocket Garage in GT5. And those can be utilized only in arcade mode.

that sucks. I was also going to buy the collectors edition to get the stealth cars. but EB games was offering the same 6 cars for free if u pre order the STD edition. So I go to EB and say WTF. And then I realize its not free, they are selling it for 118 dollars AU, with these new cars.
but JB hifi have the STD game for 79 Dollars AU (an awesome price) so I am going for the 80 dollar version, and I am going to get all the cars the HARD WAY!! .
