Exhausting day! All day long at a zoo under a sunny 97.0 F with the kids then ride back home, kids asleep then jogging 5 miles! Believe me, I will sleep tonight, no gt5!

Not a great start. Woken up at 4:30am with a really sore throat. Sat up here in bed gulping down water to try keep my throat comfortable.

Got a science mock later today aswell but I really can't see myself doing it in this state.

Does this mean I can lead the one-two today? :dopey:

So far? Crap. I woke up feeling like Death, sore throat, splitting headache. Worst of all is that I can't miss school because of a stupid PET Course that's going on for 2 weeks.

The staff and volunteers of the local holiday programme had a "celebration" for the end-of-holiday (therefore end of taking care of kids :p). We had pizza and saw Ted - it was so funny

Waiting for work to end so I can pack, sleep, and head to San Diego for the USA GTA finals. :D

Day so far: boring.

I thought that if you were a finalist the previous year, you were ineligible the following year.

PET?

Anyway me. Woke up at 11.30 so not done much.

I dunno...

I've stopped talking to that girl who blew off our date 3 hours before (remember? My post with all the :censored:s in it) and all of a sudden now she's all over Facebook posting stuff like "I can't stand this drama anymore. Please never talk to me again."

I have seriously mixed feelings. On the one hand, I shouldn't have been just cutting off all communication... Maybe I should have talked to her about it... Maybe I should have told her just how p'd off I was.
Then again, we've been planning that for a whole week before and the day before she gets drunk and comes home 3 in the morning or something and then blows off our date because "it got late".
I've been knowing her for some time and she made some mistakes in the past, also some concerning our relationship, and I've never heard an excuse from her... She never said sorry for anything. Besides, even if she did I would seriously doubt that she was serious about it. If I came up to her now and said "Look, that was really not cool at all. Why'd you have to do that? If you planned to go to that party why not tell me and say you don't know whether you could make it or not?" she'd be like "Oh yeah I'm really sorry. Are you satisfied now?"

My point is: I haven't talked to her since that day, I also haven't talked to anyone about it either. Nobody knows except her and me and possibly her friends whom she must have told her version of the story... You get the idea what that must sound like. :indiff:
Anyway, I kept quiet all the time and she could have just once, just for one 🤬 time, said that she was sorry... apparently she isn't.
The fact that I didn't cause any trouble nor constructed a drama makes this whole "I can't stand this drama anymore" thing highly absurd. She's probably the only one making a fuss about it whilst I just went to "I don't give a 🤬 anymore" mode. Of course it's probably the wrong thing to do and most likely a mistake on my side, but she can't accuse me of being a drama queen. Not me.

See you around :nervous:,

A cat crash? Hope you're fine.

Today, I finished my week of robotics camp. We made Lego robots and ended up battling with them at the end, it was pretty fun. Also, I got a nice notebook and a 2GB (Well, 1.89GB) USB drive, though I already have a 256MB one and a 1GB one.

Don't worry, the car I was in was built like a brick, suffered an inch wide dent in the front right wing. Meanwhile the other driver (the one at fault) had much less luck, the whole front right wing and wheel were written off o.O

@theRealMeyer: I'm in a similar situation. I was going to have ice cream with this girl a couple weeks ago now, and she ditched right before we were going to go. So I haven't talked to her in 2 weeks. So she liked my 'Like for a to be honest' status. I had to resist calling her a bitch. Anyways, my day? Woke up after 8 hours of sleep, made the day great. Had more Dr Pepper, iced lemonade, then ditcher ruined my good mood.

My day was fine. Just went to the movies with my sis and her friend because they both had free theater tickets (I had to pay for mines :dopey:). We chose the reboot movie Amazing Spider-Man. And even though I found out it was a reboot, it had pretty much everything Marvel excels for. I didn't adapt too well with Andrew Garfield though. I kind of liked Tony Maguire a bit more.

Yeah, ended up having the day off since I can barely speak and feel like the living dead. My attendance can't be too great at school, must have missed 10-15 days this year due to how many illnesses I somehow attract :grumpy:

I hear you on that. If anything, I feel even worse this morning.

Day has been pretty good so far, but tonight is going to be absolutely amazing, as I'm going to see Roger Water's The Wall Live in Philadelphia!

Pretty hectic. Just finished work after having to stay back an hour to compensate for co-workers making lame excuses to get out of it. Getting "VTEC Yo!" prepped for sale was fun though. Oil change and detail done, just gotta finalise payment and pick up my new car then chuck the ol' girl on the classifieds.

A wing? What kind of car is it?

And my day so far has been great, got up at 6:15 from the hotel and then went to the track. Had to learn the "pro" version but it was ok as we were entered for 3 races. In my class, (Period 4 F3) I finished 15th or somewhere around there out of 27-30. In Period 4 F2, (bigger bikes, but mine was the same) I finished about 15-17th again.
But the real fun was in Vintage Challenge, in that class, anything goes.
So out of 30+ people I made it up to 5th at the first corner, and then of course all of the superbikes flew by me like I was stopped. (50hp vs 100+hp)
But I had a really great battle with a guy on a 750 Interceptor, and it was fun because we were the same speed on the straight and in the corners.
I beat him by .025 of a second. :D
More racing tomorrow!

Tomorrow... I will ride a train... And the train will run on rails... But today... I have eaten... DINNER!!!

What a long day. Less than 2 hours after I got up, we ended up leaving for the day, and I wasn't back until after 9 hours. But it was worth it. We went to Wreck Beach in Vancouver (Only 2 hours from where we live). As the beach is clothing optional, I only wore clothes for the first few minutes, but wasn't wearing anything soon enough, and didn't until we left. It was great, except for one problem: Oh my god a giant rock! Oh my god another giant rock! Rocks, giant rocks everywhere. And to make it worse, a lot of them were completely submerged under cloudy saltwater, so they were impossible to see. But I eventually stopped hitting rocks so much, and enjoyed the hot weather. I enjoyed it, everything but the rocks.

Nekkid beach!!!!!!!11!!1!1!1

Oh come on, it isn't so bad. Some people at the beach were wearing clothes, some weren't. You might not mind it, except for getting your back burned badly, as I barely wore any sunscreen, and I wasn't wearing clothes for nearly the whole time.

^ They are aerodynamic for that exact reason, you know.
