Yeah, my metabolism is very high and I burn up most of the sugar before my body has a chance to store it so all is good.

I have a high metabolism too and I've found it very beneficial to reduce my glucose intake and instead eat more protein (meat, nuts, eggs). You feel full for far longer and generally have more energy with this type of diet.

Sugar is sometimes necessary nonetheless, especially when you are doing a lot of physical activity or in a hot climate.

Send me what you don't need then cause I'm almost out :scared:

Don't have any actually. Usually just get the .89 cent 32oz drinks from the gas stations or some from the vending machine at work. Caffeine headaches suck. :ouch:

Is that 330ml or 500? :dopey:

Wow Jai, that's a LOT of soda to drink in such a short time. I stopped drinking soda for a a few months and lost about 10 pounds. That's with exercise also though, but not a whole lot. Now I drink maybe 1/2 a week.

But on topic it's very boring, since I have absolutely nothing to do I think I'm going to work out. But at least I finally fell asleep and woke up at a decently normal time. (woke up at 10)

I don't drink soda, I never had. Well, I had Coke once, but I HATED it.

My day was awesome. Played Madden 12, I was 0-6 with Eli Manning at QB on my fantasy drafted Redskins franchise, traded him for Rex Grossman, won 10 straight games, the defining moment being a 14 point comeback against the Pats who had the best defense with 1:30 left in the 4th quarter. Mom got home with a surprise, 12 710mL bottles of Dr Pepper. And her friend got me 6 bottles of it. And I was appointed as a administrator for a facebook page called Redskins Redzone News & Talk. Very happy about that. Plus my brother is going to arrive here from Halifax in 2 hours. Great day! :)

Well, I'm having a pretty good day; 'we' got our new 'family'pet' today. Nope, not a puppy... A Harishawk!:D

It is awesome!

I have pictures, i'll try to upload them later. :)

Another awesome day. My bro arrived from Halifax, got to drive his Cobalt LS on the backroads today. I was sooooo nervous, but had fun.

Good day. I went to work and in the beginning it sucked since I felt like 🤬. Later though I was cleaning my dads car he bought which was in a barn for 8 years (hopefully will be my first car) and I found $12 under the driver's seat. I also found a bunch of change, a small flashlight, and car keys to a some kind of Toyota. Then I vacuumed the whole thing out since it was filled with rat nests and dog hair. My back hurts now from doing that but I can finally relax at least.

Also I only got 2 1/2 hours of sleep which really sucks. But I saw some cool/exotic cars today.

$0.89 for basically 1 litre? That's crazy, it's £1.20 for 500ml.

1.50 euro here, 2.49 for a 2 litre bottle though.

Usually a $1 for a 2 liter bottle here.

Going by our price and conversion rates your getting it for $3 cheaper then us.

Estimate by the way.

Pretty cruisey, but I'm super psyched for the weekend. Deposit's down on an MY98 Subaru Impreza WRX that looks like it just came out of the factory, picking it up Saturday.

So, I went to the Doctors to get the concept I have Diabetes checked out. I had to take a urine sample, now, there was no sugar in it, but I don't think that means anything as I still need to have a blood test on Monday. The Doctor says I look well and most likely don't have it. I also need to control my sugar level, probably shouldn't have gotten a tub of Ben & Jerrys on the way home, but they were on sale, and that stuff is expensive.

I'm still worried, but I don't know if I should be, I just hope I pass the blood test.

No worries, a few days of 'drowning' in soda won't cause you to have diabetes :sly:
Just pay attention to your diet in the future, and you shall be in healthy condition in no time ;)

@Jai: It's good to hear that you are okay. I'd still recommend that you really try to cut back on the sugar though because drinking that much cola in a week can give you diabetes and even if it doesn't it still won't make you feel good.

I hung around in Richmond. I'm gonna watch the Olympic Road Cycle Race in just a few days. IT'S EXCITING. + I'm going to watch the dressage... :indiff: Damn ticket sales selection nonsense... Impossible to get in to the good events. Oh well... I'll get to see at least two events, plus possibly the marathon if I can get to it and be bothered. I'm not sure. Might be in The Netherlands when they run the marathon anyway... Hmm... When are the Olympics starting and ending? I don't know.

Is it a good time to be in London? Depends on your views on ZIL lanes. But the sport should still be good. I think I'm getting hyped up now. THERE'S AN OLYMPICS! IN WESTERN EUROPE! I CAN GET TO IT! EASILY!

I've been to the Doctors in the past due to a Caffeine issue from a large amount of energy drinks. Again, they were on sale, and I consumed about 8 large ones in the night hours, bad idea. I don't think my body can take that kind of abuse.

I'll try and cut back the sugar, I'm drinking nothing but water now, so hopefully all goes well. :)

My day has been good so far.Woke up at 9am and started my day.I have a Navy DEP meeting at 5pm so in 2hrs.Then after that I will get on GT5 for a bit and play some Minecraft.

Rubbish, again, like most of them for the past 15 years...

My question, is the yardstick that people measure a good day by... what is it that makes you go to bed with a smile, and wake up not dreading the following 20 hours?
