So, how was your day?

Gonna summarize my week.
It was a very good week. Was on work placement in a local radio station and had loads of fun. Kinda sad that its over but on the upside I was told that getting a job would be easy if continued with my work ethic. All that stands between me and the job is about 5 years of study/exams.
 
After all the worrying I just have Gilbert's syndrom which is completley harmless, just makes me feel sick sometimes etc, although I've work in 2 hours! 6am start booooo
 
Pretty good day. Woke up expecting to have off from school, didn't. Got out early though so I went to work. That was pretty busy but got home and relaxed the rest of the night. Feeling a cold or something coming on though...
 
Good, school was canceled so I slept in a bit and did some random stuff.

I went for a dirtbike ride too, the deep snow wasn't really an issue, but the snow sticking to the carb and icing it up, reducing my speed to about 2-3 mph when I was over a mile from home was. :mad:

An old peanut butter jar is going STRAIGHT on next time.
 
Yesterday was good. Snow day then 6 hours of drum line practice. Now I'm exhausted and have a show today where we play twice. It will be about a 13 hour day. Please wish me luck, I really want to do good.
 
Things are going very smooth lately. 👍
My grades in school are getting better and better (I'm in the top 3 of my class) and on top of that I somehow managed to become friends with a bunch of people in my school that have been around as long as me, but I previously just didn't really notice them. Suddenly I feel like I absolutely belong with these folks and it makes me feel very good.
I sure have been missing out on things, but catching up is nice. :)
 
Good News: New episode of Walking Dead tonight (for me, must DL)

Bad News: Chiropractor showed me my X-Rays --> not good.

More Bad News: $150/mo down the drain for adjustments which are 3-times a week, I'll also be losing time from work so even less money coming in, and it's raining.

Shoot me now.
 
Great day today, went to work, got the day off, went shopping, got contact lenses and I was planning to start working out again then I got asked to play a football match, absolutley wrecked now!

Time for a shower, some rest, GT5 and Mybe a few games of call of duty 4!:D

It has been normal.

Didn't have drum lime practice, but I did some minimal writing and practicing behind my set. I decided I need new heads but I have no idea what to get. I've never bought heads for my drums before. If anyone is a drummer, I could use and would greatly appreciate assistance.

Just found my Muppets Race Mania game. Such nostalgia.

Decent day, nothing special going on. Have a school trip tomorrow, which is why I don't have to bother with homework. Brilliant 👍

On another note, I've watched the new behind-the-scenes video of Black Sabbath in the studio and I'm pretty excited for their new album. I have a feeling this is going to be good ^^
 
Busy, I'm just leaving work which has been non stop today. Now I'm off to pick up the missues and then I'm going to get ready to watch Manchester United v Real Madrid on TV.

Like seriously, You don't have a valentine on valentines day? Some people don't have a mother on mother's day or a father on father's day so shut the **** up!
 
Got some money out to buy coffee and the cash machine gave me a note had a huge blue line. I thought it was a fake and the blue line was security pen so I didn't spend it but then it turned out it was just blue pen.

College library was cold as some idiot put the air conditioning on so I had to wear a coat.

I know what you mean... 33rd straight lonesome Valentines day for me, do I care, not really... for me Valentines day (a few years ago) is the day I found out my mum had cancer. Appreciate the things you have in life, and don't wait for one day out of the year to do something about it.

Normal nothing exciting happened, I don't see the point in valentines day to be honest, why would you need one day to show someone you love them, you have 364 other days to do that.
 
Attempted to ask someone out on valentine's day. didn't work out. I took the rejection easily, as she was polite to me.

I presented my Spanish project to my class today and someone in the class made a sarcastic, rude remark while I was presenting and everyone joined in on it. I really ****ing hate my entire school now.

so yeah, my day was pretty much ****.

It's not that fact that stops me celebrating it, it's just the most notable event that's happened to me on February 14th. I do however resent the massive money making corporate money making machine that now drives Valentines day. I'm cynical like that.

It wasn't an analogy. But, for the record, it is wiser to buy Christmas presents throughout the year, even if you do only give them one day a year - Christmas shopping bites ass. Also, if you have a gift to give, why wait? Seriously, buy somebody something one day, and just give it to them for no reason, it makes you feel good.

In my honest opinion, I agree with him, you don't need to love someone on a specific day, you have the whole year to show love to who matters to you.

Honestly, I don't want any beef with you, but is the 5th post i see of you in a row that you try to start something with other users, considering you have less than 20 posts, is not a good start around isn't it?

Its valentines day and I'm all alone, nobody loves me. As if that weren't bad enough I'm having severe toothache, the worst thing is its Friday which means I'm not going to get my tooth fixed till Monday/Tuesday.

My recommendation for the toothache is to swill your mouth out with a diluted solution of Water and TCP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TCP_(antiseptic)) or whatever similar thing you have in Austria, twice a day. It tastes horrible, burns a little, you'll need breath fresheners too, but in my experience it works every time.
 
Thanks for your suggestion, though I've already rinsed my mouth three times with 0,2% chlorhexidine-gluconate mouth wash, strong stuff that is supposed to work like wonders, but it doesn't help at all.
I think a piece of my tooth broke off or something, I can feel a really sharp edge with my tongue.
