Not good.

Arrived late @ job, had and argument with my mom... and I'm having my usual montly mini-depression period...

Boring. Maths exam (GCSE), and i've given up even looking remotely interested in my Biology lessons because the teacher has a very strange sense of interesting.

Making it out there alive was an achievement - by the surgeon, not me. So I'm happy. :)

Why, what happened?

You're still able to type without typos! 👍

Doctor thought it was something pretty normal but it turned out to be something very bad. Just glad I went to the hospital when it didn't get better instead of going back to the doctors office. Nothing big per se but waiting a bit longer could've caused blood poisoning and the surgeon said due to the location of the source it would've been hard to remove it once that happened.

Typing isn't an issue, luckily. Then again, I can't visit my favourite websites (99% of them are comedy related) because laughing is literally causing me to go nuts due to the pain unleashed through bowel movement.

My day isn't over... but so far it's been like all the other days, the last 1.5 months; very bad. No further explanation intended or needed. - Unless it's via PM.

I'm drunker than you are. I guess that means I fail. Unless you're a minor, in which case...na na na na na! :P

Awful. I get so randomly tired. No idea why. Be like 4pm and I'll be dead. Whenever this happens my back always kills too.

Try some Yoga stretches everyday, shmogt, might help. :)

The weather is improving by the day . . . and so is everyone's mood around me. Spring is in he air - for us in the Northern Hemisphere, anyway.

I know you guys south of the belt are going into the Fall season in a few weeks, and Autumn should be blazing in all her glory soon.

Up here we're springing, while down below you guys are falling. Funny.

My day was awesome. Started taking guitar lessons; the guy teaching me is effin' cool and has two bands that sound pretty neat. Also, he listens to Tool, A Perfect Circle, Porcupine Tree et cetera. Just superb. I'm gonna learn a lot from this guy. 👍

I had a vacation planned with friends to Warth Lechtal Austria from march 9 until march 16.
Because there was no room available where the others are staying, I had to find another solution. Last year I found a "zimmer frei" contacted them to ask about the price and so on.

I wrote an email this week to confirm if my room was still available. No answer so far :grumpy:. I'm starting to doubt that I will be able to go to Austria. I was really looking forward to go back to Austria.

So not really a good day.

I wish I knew some people in Austria so I wouldn't be alone if I should go by myself.

Good. I begun searching out classical rock yesterday. I've listened to a little before but I decided it would make me a better musician and would help me better analyze music when I listen to it. A friend has also urged me too, especially the Who. The Who really takes listening to get in to.

I bought the Beatles album Abbey Road, and it's Just so good. Buy I only have $10 left, so I can't buy any full classic rock albums and I'm quite sad. To think of all that money I wasted on modern music. Ughh it makes me sick.

But today has been a day of musical discovery for me and I love it.

Well, it's actually night, but not very good. Can't sleep yet again, and when I was going to my PS3, I hit my head on the annoyingly low ceiling. :irked:

I was off work sick yesterday but I'm feeling better today.

My pills still haven't kicked in so I'm in limbo until they take effect.

Some guy on the underground started talking to me about his business selling metal to Ukraine to be made into weapons. Strange morning that was. Serves me right for being late to work, I suppose.

The sun is out and I think even the light jacket I wore today is a bit too thick for the temperature so I've stripped down to my t-shirt.

So glad you added this little tidbit in there! I'm currently putting on a sleeve because my right arm is cold. Just one though. Sleeve.

Yesterday was tops.

My medication took effect and I had a mountain ride planned with a couple of friends.

We cycled around 20km to the bottom of the mountain from where it was only 10km to the top but the top was 800m higher than the start which made for a tough climb. We made it in just under 40 minutes.

Once we reached the top we had lunch with my friend's wife (it was her 30th birthday) who had a friend with a restaurant up there. A few beers and a little tipsier we set off for some caves to go spelunking.

At the caves we walked a km dodging bats and overhangs and made it to a waterway where we took a raft down the river in the cave. On the way out we opted for a motorised boat which my friends we stupid enough to let me pilot. :D

A few crashes and a lot of water-logging later we emerged and got back on our bikes to head home as the sun was setting. It started to get cold and I was only dressed in shorts and a shirt so had to up the pace to keep warm and left my chums behind.

At the start of the mountain decent it was now pitch black so we turned on our lights and headed down the mountain at silly speeds. Several times I ended up drifting around the corners as the road surface had rippled from the traffic over the years. That was pretty scary.

We arrived back in the city in the evening and had a slap-up meal at a local restaurant, food included prawn crackers, fried pork, rice dishes, green beans and some other veggies, and of course some more beers.

I borrowed a jacket from my friend and had a slow ride home reflecting on the day. All in all we'd covered 72km in just over 2 and half hours (by my computer; the others were a lot slower) and had a great day out.

Sounds like a great day. 👍

And can you keep the drifting comments in the Drifting forum, we don't care for that sort of behaviour around here. ;)

I Just this minute got back from another 40km to a gym to register for the CQ marathon. Did more drifting!!!! :sly:

Today was, so far, a good day. Have dinner planned later and have arranged to head out of town next Mon/ Tue to camp at the festival of rape, the crop, not the crime.

Yeah right, it's a crime now is it?

...oh. :scared:

Festival of Rape? That's a bit seedy...

Well, it should be a good time now that the summer is here, sow I'm looking forward to it.

Oil be glad when the weather warms up a bit myself!

So the Rape Festival... is it literally a celebration of the rape harvest (great name for an 18-rated zombie game) and all that can be made from rape? Because they grow loads of it back where I used to live in the UK and I we never had a party let alone a festival.

I think they just grew it to wind-up the hayfever sufferers...
