So I hit level 40.....

Finally hit it last night - I guess I will start goofing off with B-Spec now more.

So now what? Do the experience points just not go anywhere now? :dunce:

Has anyone heard if the next update adds more levels or anything else like that?

I believe that is it. Just play B-spec I guess.

I am level 40 to I was expecting a car of some sort of a well done lol but no nothing haha!

Not much fanfare on the Level 40 achievement, is there? Oh well, just keep enjoying the game for what it is.

I will start trying to gold all of the license events, too.
 
Did you complete A-Spec or just get to LVL 40?

lol shift 2 is horrible. cars look like Hotwheels that your little brother gets from Mcdonalds XD good try though

I agree! I don't know what it is but a win just doesn't feel as good.

To the OP, nothing happens at level 40 (that I remember) I just started messing around with b-spec like you mentioned. At first I had no interest in it but it's more fun than I imagined.

Since the release of Shift 2 I played GT5 once for the Lambo Seasonals, and then right back to Shift.

What a crazy fun game. The competition is matched to you so there's no easy wins, and it's hella fun to play!

How are people doing this without in-race saves....just pausing the game? You have friends come over and do shifts? I know I will end up doing it but what a bear.
 
There's still the Nurburging 24HR race that unlocks for you.

There are also other things to do. Try doing things that you enjoy doing if you're still interested in the game, like online play, beating lap times in Practice, etc.
 
^Yeah, plus you can buy as many X2010s as you want in the dealership. ;)

Yeeeeeeaaa, that's the golden rumor that was started when everyone realized how weak the "damage" modeling was...it made it easier to swallow, until someone actually reached lvl 40. lol. 👎

I raced for 12 hours, slept, raced the last 12 hours. 👍 Then did it all over again a day later lol.

I used to be level 40, you get a F10 ferrari and extreme damage modelling.
