I saw many cars like this:

so low, and with so big wheels that I can't Imagine how to do...to do the same?
does in this game exist different wheel sizes?
however, how can I do that?

wheelsize depends on the car you´ve chosen, there´s no possibility to change the wheelsize by yourself,...
just take a car which has big rims from stock and lower it with the racing suspension to the lowest point...

But the photo you´ve posted could be taken if the car was just goin´through a curve, so it looks lower than it is, if it´s going straight...

i think the wheels do enlarge slightly if you put racing tyres on and I know for definate that they shrink by a lot when you put dirt tyres on.

Oh, and by the way the other day I discovered that you can lower your car more if you buy your racing/original suspension from the tuning village. (i cant remember if it's racig or original that lets you make it lower)

It's the original suspension, it's more of a "tight" sort of suspension by default
