The OCD hinted strongly that we would :grumpy:

Where ? OCD only sells cars and they are not allways collectable ones at that.
Loads of rally cars as well, doesnt mean there is to be a seasonal rally event, a few months back there where a lot of Le-man cars cars and no sign of any event.
PD since when is a MR wagon sport '04 a collectable.

OCD hinted also Kei Cars. I'm almost sure that next week we'll have muscle cars seasonal.

You can win many of the races in the FR seasonal with muscle cars. Suzuka have too long straights if you use the stock gearbox, the rest is pretty fun with stock 71' mustang, camaro, etc... Just use c.softs for more muscle feeling 👍

I'm hoping to see this seasonal too... I've bought all the muscle cars I could over time, and other then testing , they haven't seen much race time. But if trends continue and we get permanent seasonals, a muscle car seasonal would be a great way to go through them.

I'd love to be able to drive a classic muscle car around some of the american tracks. Laguna Seca would be very nice. An MR seasonal wouldn't be too bad either.

don´t like muscle cars that much :/

i want a supercar seasonal. mclaren f1 on nordschleife etc. :)

I don't mind musclecars, but I like the supercar seasonal idea. It'll give my Ferrari SP1 some use other than Bob trashing it on Monza. XD

See, this is why I like their seasonal format of releasing 1 event each week instead of all at once. It gives us something to look forward to each week. I enjoy the anticipation all day of what the next one will be.

Just checked mine...Starting today...
Old Muscle Car Championship
In this race using muscle cars built on or prior to 1980, power is everything.
THe tire selection is free, and tuning is allowed up to 550pp.

Opponent cars will mainly be between 480 to 500PP with sports/medium tires.

Daytona Super Speedway 5 laps
Indy Road Course 5 laps
Cape Ring Outside 5 laps
Laguna Seca Raceway 5 laps
Toscana (Pavement) 104A weather/time change 5 laps.

mine too. Toscana payout is Cr 130,800 -- it's a much shorter toscana track than the lamborghini race, and more muscle-car friendly. payout is pretty good.

Daytona is 101,700 Credits

YAY!
👍

The little Kei-cars are cute fun and all - plus real quick credits - but I'm getting tired of them to the point where I'm switching up cars to stave off the boredom...
:irked:

Now I've got a reason to drive my '69 Vette until the cows come home!

Peace...

Just out of curiosity... can anyone win Daytona without upgrading your transmission? :)

How about the OCD?
What do we have this week?
Race length in time?

under 6 minutes for toscana, so around 22k credits / minute. that one has the best payout, then daytona, at under 5 minutes so around 20k cr / minute

don't remember what was in the old OCD, but i think this one is different

Fun races but poor payouts. Atleast I got the chance to break out my Shelby Cobra. :)

To answer my own question, yeah the Cobra can take Daytona easily without a transmission upgrade (within the first lap.) Although there was a Corvette Coupe that breaks free of traffic and will try to chase you down if you're not flooring it.

Interesting stuff in the OCD! Funny, they dumped all the classic muscle cars that were in there. Now there are a bunch of rally cars, so gee, I wonder what next week's Seasonal will be...?

There's also the GT40 race car if you've got a spare $20 million... and finally... the Sauber! I've been looking for that thing for ages.
