Im going to get everything just as a 1 off for a late birthday present, I only want the cars for that sweet looking MX5, Tracks because im a master at Spa and I want to dress as The Stig (Who doesn't), And ill keep the paints until we can use them more than once.

IMO, the paints are a rip off no matter if they are infinite or not. They're just colors. Unless I'm missing a point..

if I were to buy the car and track pack it would cost more than getting the complete pack so all of them. I see the paints and gear as bring free.

The new tracks are the highest priority for me, followed by cars.
Will probably end up just getting the bundle so I can get my hands on Chrome paint without having to grind the "every 30 cars" trick. ;-)
