So, who's got all 60 Golds in their licence tests yet?

Found a solution to my problems. I turned off all driver aids except ABS, which is set to 1. Apparently, I've been driving the license tests with driver aids and I just can't go fast. Now I've got 5 golds out of 9 tests for the A license, silver for all that aren't gold. With driver aids on, I struggling to get silver.

That was the hardest test out of all for me. Took me a good 45 minutes or so of trying. I didn't lift off fully, I just gave a slight bit of throttle and floored it once I hit the first apex. Still very challenging though :grumpy:

i found that i HAD to lift off for about 5m before flooring it again otherwise i go off (lift off between the 2 red marks on the 1st corner)
 
I got all golds. One advice. Do not use the driving line it throws you off and is wrong most of the time. Also turn off traction control it slows you down a lot.
 
Amar got all 60 golds. Only got 12 golds and proceeding with A license golds at the moment :P
 
I don't get mine for a few more hours, but I'm expecting to get all golds by tomorrow night after work. I think about 6-7 hours is enough to do it. Feedback anyone? I hear the tests are about equivalent in difficulty to GT4.
 
golded B, havent tried the next ones. was getting within .006 on b5 till I remembered to turn of TC!
The funniest was the high speed ring S in the spoon, I couldnt get that extra bit and was getting annoyed so i ended up drifting it around the first corner and got it :)
 
I completed 3 licenses before I had to stop playing last night and intend on completing all of my licenses before going into other aspects… That’s 30 license tests and I currently have 26 Golds and 4 Silvers per my “GT Profile”. I just did each one once and thought I’d go back tonight an redo the tests that I got a Silver in once I hook up my wheel.

Does anyone know if I go back and complete those 4 tests and replace those with Golds, will my GT Profile then say I have 30 Gold, 0 Silvers and 0 Bronze or will it say 30 Golds and 4 Silvers even though I’ve actually only completed 30 tests?

Come short of 10 golds because of that Tsukuba test with the Peugeot. Me and the car don't get along. I'm a tenth away from gold, I think. Any tips?
 
50% there - was a bit disappointed I'd need to hop in my kart to bump my level up to 9 before diving back into I-B.

I quit working towards the silver "medals" after 30 minuts of attempting the double hairpin thingie, in... international C? (with a blue fairlady Z)

Gonna grab only silver / gold later, when I got nothing else to do than collect cars. :)
 
B, A and S all golds, whereas in the IB, IA and IC, i got a mixture of silver and golds... nothing on bronze. licenses all passed
 
how do you guy disable traction control in the licence tests?

I just got all golds in B with traction control clearly on, it was hard work
 
I've only golded the B license with the G27 (no clutch for tests?) I'll start the A later tonight or tomorrow morning.
 
I-C 1 is tough to gold for me. Everything else has been pretty easy. B-8 isn't as bad as it seems....

Go to driving options from the menu in each test. You can turn (some) aids off in there.
 
Just the B licenses. This is brutal without a wheel, basically have to get lucky to get golds since it's so imprecise.

I guess I'm gonna try getting that HKS controller in a couple weeks, since I've got nowhere to put a wheel.
 
Any word yet on how the prize car delivery for bronze silver and gold work?

That is if you get all gold on your first attempt, do you miss out on the bronze and silver prize cars?

I'm assuming if you get all gold on a certain license, and just ONE bronze, you get only the bronze prize car?

And if thats turned into gold without hitting silver, do you miss out on the silver prize car?

But only one attempt for each test, all success at the 1rst shot, mostly bronze, 2 gold and 3 silver, no time to get all the golds.

All golds mean you receive free cars or open new tracks or no ?

Yeah, it was not diffficult too much to be honest.

Now, what IS difficult are some golds in Special Events lounge. Lotus on Top Gear. AMG challenges. Those are hard really, I have no idea what will happen with some later ones, I only got to LV16 by doing only licences and Events. Golds in Licences were easy :)
 
All golded about an hour and a half ago. The gold car for S license is pretty cool. Found S license way too easy though, IA was harder.

Yep, you prize cars for all golds on each licence :)

To be honest, I found IC - 1 the hardest test to gold in the game, so don't get too dis-heartened if you are struggling.

I found the super licence tests disappointingly easy to gold.

LOL...By the time you pass IA and some of those ridiculous licenses...driving power laps shouldn't be too much of a problem? :dopey:
 
only half way through B licenses at the minute. going to try and go for all gold in every license for the better rewards.
