Disapering stats..............................IT WASN'T ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL anyway, I'll be on tonight, been off myself for a bit, looking foreward to some clan gamers. as for proximity chat....it really is good for just chatting or showing new guys around without tieing up the com chanel, just remember the enemy can hear you when your close. I take it your going to double team as snipers?

Oh don't worry I always keep the bad guys in mind when it comes to proximity chat 👍 got a good few kills that way myself.

Most likely go in as snipers as it tends to be a more steady route to get used to the game and your less likely to die within 5 seconds.

Ideally a room set-up in the normal manner, with a few rounds of 2 respawn suppression and then a breach match at Crossroads would be ideal.

We should be on around about 10pm tonight.

I'm in, I would have gone as a support gunner or sniper but it sounds like you have enough already. I'll go as a rifleman or close assualt/recon with an SMG, depending on what you guy's would prefer.

Sot clan is getting on prety regular now with a decent number of players, clan members are welcome to join in cartys clan. If you see me on (been tied up for a couple of weeks) just shout up, regular service should be resumed.

I kinda bust my headset so I don't get on much, it sorta works but it kinda falls apart on my head sometimes

Well I bought the game and I'm downloading the necessary patch(s). Even though I'm a n00b at this game I would like to learn from some well skilled players. Please hit me up on the PSN "Dbo129" is my network name. Looking forward to some killing time with some killing until GT5 is released.:) 👍

Sorry I haven't participated in any clan meetings lately, my PS3 has been consigned to the bookshelf, gathering dust. I plan to dust it off for next week, and will catch up with you guys then. 👍

Getting better at SOCOM...almost think I'm clan worthy...lol:sly: Anyways any suggestions on ways of playing or weapons to help me get better aquatinted with this game? Some of these maps are huge! Always willing to play with new people hit me up PSN- Dbo129:tup:

Just concentrate on learning a bit at a time, there's no way you'll know everything instantly. From guns to armour to maps, it's a steady progression.

Thanx for the info Dragon. Some of the maps are big and full of hiding spots and I guess knowing the maps is the real big key to this game, but through trial and error I believe I found a good weapon and armor combo that seems to be working for me. I'm trying to get some team work out of some of these players but I guess when they see I'm a noob they kinda ignore me. I guess its all a work in progress. Should I try hooking up to some UK rooms and if I do will I lag the room or get serious lag on my end?

Lag probably won't be a problem, there's americans all over the UK servers and it generally plays fine.

I should be hitting this hard again over the next few days, been a bit caught up with other stuff.......one of which was some airsoft marshaling and getting my new rig sorted for the national shoot, and yeah SOCOM is having an effect on my airsofting as you can see from the pic LOL
