Q1: If you choose real weather, the current day/time will be set by default.
Q2: Pitstops are automated as of now once you enter the pit lane

No need to get angry about the auto pitstops Goruk.
It is already planned to make them manual in a patch. There was just no time to implement this properly and incorperate all the consequences that come with this.
They want to make it right and not just do a quick hack.
