I was browsing some pics i took reliving my visit to the Goodwood Festival of Speed when I came across this pic I took. Looks like someone must of had a real chrome paint chip to use on their Veyron

This thread is probably more suited to the Cars in General section rather than here.
Chrome is probably the most impractical paint choice to make.... one touch and the car is no in a pristine perfect condition..."Don't touch my ride, don't lean on it, don't rest on it, don't open or close the door, don't eat or drink anything near it, don't breath on it, don't take pictures or the flash will blind you, if it's raining, don't go out, don't bring your pets near it, don't drive off road, don't drive on a road with debris, don't drive fast, don't drive in the winter, stay 3 feet away from the curb, other cars and pedestrians, don't let the tow truck guy touch it if it breaks down, don't do this don't do that."
Ohh that's so 2006
There are a lot of cars like that
I don't like chrome paintjobs, they look ridiculous and are almost making the car shout "I'm daily driven by a Premier League douche".
On a classic and mad car it looks reasonably good, though.

And the Veyron in the first pic is considerably attractive painted in chrome too.
^ Which I thought was what the Veyron Pur Sang edition was as well rather than just the chrome-painted look. The hood, roof and rear bumper were naked carbon fibre and the rest of the body was polished aluminium.
