I remember seeing that they have the "ability" to change psn names for a few years now but are in the situation of how to "implement" it.

1 username for life is enough imo.

A friend of mine has her surname in her ID (yes, yes I know). She is now divorced after her partner beat her. Guess what? She'd like to change her username.

What I would like is for all racing games to have Scotland selectable to represent. .

Out of interest, are England and Wales selectable? I have no idea, just curious.

I don't think England and Wales are selectable. Northern Ireland used to have an individual flag but think they did away with it.
