Brilliant video... loving the comparison.
I noticed that the GT5 one accelerates just a tad faster than your real one

Dude, awesome job! And I thought the sound of the Z34 Fairlady was wrong, but now I know it isn´t. Thanks again, bro :)

Is that yours? Great video

Nice job. Pd sounds ain't bad on this one for sure.

PD have improved vehicular engine and exhaust sounds, and done a great job. Only thing is, I wish they'd get the sound right when they're fitted with a performance exhaust system. Some are done properly some aren't

I was rather disappointed when my 370Z in the game didn't sound like this one after I modified the exhaust system.

Thank you for posting this!

This just shows what PD can do if they actually put some effort in getting the proper samples for the cars. The Corvette C6 Z06 is another example.

Just wish all the cars sounded good :(

In the GT5 sample I hear missing frequencies, lack of growl, of wind noise, dampening due to sound proofing, and more in general, many additional frequencies and noises that can be heard in real life. Quite far from accurate.

Yeah, they might sound "similar", but most cars do in a way or another especially if you're using TV speakers. They objectively don't, though.

It easier to make car sound accurate when the original also sounds dull. Try big V-8s and straight 6s, the most important engines to justify if game sounds good or not.
Of course this is just my opinion so be free to hate :)

Thanks to you all, the car is not mine, and I made the video recording the PS3 sound with the optical connection, through a USB audio interface. :)

I will make other comparisons in the future. 👍

What PD really need to understand is other manifactures doesn't sound tiny, shy, weak, as that stock Nissan.
