Guys... Come on... Please:

AUP
* You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

A few of you seem dead set on ignoring this.

;)

Geti

I have a suggestion for you, same viper in charmonix.

Chamonix is a snow track though, lol?

Man, I do hope they catch these hackers, but it's unlikely.

Oh man That'd be fun, Although, I dont think the Viper can get snow tyres.

Lol, try and link High Speed Ring in the wet, gonna try it in the XKR now. :)

I just went and bought a Mustang Mach 1. 712hp in 1300kg. It can get snow tyres. Will try chamonix later once I get back from TAFE tonight. Stupid schools goes back tomorrow. 👎 :yuck:

That last part I don't like, worst thing is I'll have some spare time on the weekend I can't tandem with anyone.

Im actually not too bummed about school going back. Had 5 weeks holidays, 2 of which were spent in anoother country and I go back to 4 full days of school a week so its not too bad on my end.

Just Reiterating the issue.

Now our personal info is at risk? Good job I haven't purchased anything on PSN, therefore the only info on my PSN account is my Email address and (I think my full name but cant remember about that one).

Sony, you're going to see alot of law suites over this.

Im not sure if we can. Perhaps people with money stollen but i cant see them getting sued by 77 million people.

If we have a good case and we do sue Sony then that will be the end Sony and on our PS3's lol

You got to rememder that the online pyphics are different.

The online what? lol

Also, just thought of this  :

?? Stealth cars.. What about them?

Well boys, next time I'll be online you'll see me in this:

Yes, I went past 90 degrees (Held it as well)

It is one sexy beast. :dopey:

lol I was talking about this. Don't know how I'm so far behind.

Don't worry yellomello. I thought the same for my chrome cars but then Im like 77 thousand people what are the chances they'll take mine.

How can they take your cars if your game only works in offline mode? Duh.. they wont get near your GT5 data... or can they?

would they want to get your gt5 data though, i think they just wanted to make a point or just piss sony off

I was saying to a mate earlier about how it could be an inside job, some disgruntled former employee trying to piss Sony off by hacking the PSN simply because they can. If this is the case then needn't worry about your personal information (Credit card number) being at risk because they probably wont be interested in that. Just **** around with a few things, stuff it up and then leave a big mess for Sony to fix.

They can get DLC cars by getting your account info and downloading them we're not talking about cars you buy in the game.

But your stealth and chrome line cars are in your garage after you enter the codes. Are you saying each and every code is saved into a database for the hackers to access? (thats a serious question too because I genuinely don't know.)

Either way I wouldn't worry unless you were dumb enough to actually put your credit or bank card details on it.

Hey geti I'm working on getting my charger to do a wheelie, hope you've got an orange supra ;)

lol Nah I was hoping I could be the one in the Dodge ram. And Dave, Just tried the Camaro (699hp) at chamonix full lap drift trial. The best I could pull was 25195. Its hard to get used to the way the snow and ice grip and slip at different places. The car, after 2 laps, looked like it had been absolutly beaten to death by an army of hammer wielding madmen.

On the whole PSN thing. Just read this on facebook. Ok, still no news on the outage and when it'll be back but this sounds alright.
The Playstation Network could return from its forced downtime with a number of heavily requested new features.

If the rumours are to be believed then Sony are aiming to try and get users back on side by offering features like cross-game chat and in-game video chat among others.

An Engadget forum poster claiming to be a Sony employee had the following to say;

"As we are rebuilding the network, we are taking into consideration in implementing features such as cross game chat and in-game video chat to name a few," they wrote on the site in response to user queries about the PSN down time.

"I cannot confirm any new features at this time but expect a massive update when the network is restored."

Of course this is all just pure rumour with no official word from Sony however the member has been posting reliable information regarding Sony for the past few months so there might be something to it.

Yes unless you have downloaded them to 5 different PS3s and I wanted DLC for burnout so I have my mums card on there.

I've got my mum's card on there aswell, but she'll be freezing or switching her account to a new one entirely for safe measures.

I do hope those features get implemented into PSN.

The main problem is not the credit card issue but for someone like me they have all our personal details and that's all they need. Wouldn't be supprised if a half a year later you've found out that some one has applied for a credit card or a loan in your name thats the concern Sony are dealing with the damage that can be done down the track.
I also find it absolutely hilarious that some of you guys would think that these guys have hacked the psn network to steal stealth cars that's really worth a federal offense.
