Sorry I might have to pass on that R33 GTR Time Attack thing as Dads starting Chemo soon and I'm the only family member that bothers to look after him so he's starting that early Febuary and I might not be able to play GT5 very often.

I need a new drift car, something not as powerful as the Camaro but someting with a bit of speed. I have 300k to spend. any suggestions?

I already have the ACR so I dont exactly want another viper. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
 
How much power is your camaro putting out?
 
At the moment I am running it at 493hp but I can also run it all the way up to 688hp.
 
That bout the same as my vette (468hp) with 780ish max.
I dont know what mods you have done, but maybe leave the power standard, and maybe keep it a bit heavier?

I'll be a busy boy when he starts the chemo so can't say I'll be on GT5 too much during that time, maybe really late at night for an hour before bed but I'll sure let you guys know if and/or when I'll be on it.
 
General consensus that I have seen so far is to have it at night, just to pull out all the stops...

I'm open though, if anyone is really against it...may take it too a vote when the ranks have filled

DS3 for me, but my time will just be for fun,

If I can make it past the point of constant, "Man next time i'm going to slow down there"

(picture fast lightly twisty downhill light turn into heavy braking uphill crest wall on right rear right sus gone again = ****!)....and back to the pits we go LOL :crazy:

Lol in day the nurbs a piece of cake at night a whole different story ran a 7.08 in day at night couldn't even finish it but it was still fun just to see who could get the furthest without writing off the car
 
so here I was just thinking i might run a "Seasonal Event" every fortnight after the initial R33 Challenge for a little while at least....(prizes are going to be interesting to come up with this time ****! or maybe same again? in for another chance at that certain car your after?)

So i've decided the R33 Nurb T/A will be day time as i'm keen to see if anyone can rip that "Sub Atomic Lap"

I like this idea mate. Its good taking a break from the drifting to do something different.

I might look at doing a small drift comp on the off weeks. That way we have one event every friday night. Should be enough to keep people entertained.

After finally getting a drive of my new Euro-boat drifter...

I have to say i'm having another affair,I'm in love, she's a big girl with a great arse, and all bar weight reduction and engine mods @ 550hp and with untuned suspension etc thing is an insanely well balanced car to drift and it is a boat!

Looking forward to actually getting on to bloody play tonight ...

and like I said happy to shift my SS non drifting event to other nights if it's going to interfere with actual drift comps etc etc...

I'm thinking SSS-1 with all the R33's is going to be alot of fun!
